I love the Wynwood Walls. Back when I was in college you could come here for free and it was always filled with people during Friday Art Walk. On trips back to Miami, I've been hesitant to spend the $12 for something I had seen a million times for free, but I was so happy to return. It was so worth the money too. First, I loved seeing an old favorite exhibit that is about to go on the road and no longer live there. Second, we saw a bunch of talented artists' work. One of the most notable was the broken glass portraits. I had never seen something like that. While it's slightly different than when I used to frequent it in 2016, it's still the same inspiring and trendy place it once was. I love that there are about three indoor exhibits to explore and a bunch of outdoor walls. You can even pay extra for a spray paint experience if that interests you. It's a nostalgic spot for me, so I'd recommend checking it out on a Miami trip.

Support the arts! It is a great experience if you are in the Wynnwood area - beware there is never a moment it is not crowded lol. In the flashy, lavish scenes that are Miami its refreshing to have a dedicated space that highlights the wonderful work of global artists. Great displays and plenty of opportunities for photo ops. Was also able to do some graffiti work which was free. Great time and also ask your hotel if they provide a discount.

Wynwood = art vibes and great food ! This is one of my favorite spots while down in Miami. It's chill , has great small locally owned venues that support the arts and although touristy and alittle pricey, I feel as though it's worth it. There is no parking lot with direct access to wynwood walls so you can just find a spot to pay parking by the hour. There is now a charge to get into to view the murals per person but once inside you'll be amazed at these murals and sculptures. The artist are truly talented and supporting their vision is dope. Around the walls there are other venues to chill and grab some vintage albums, clothing , food and some really good ice cream or alcoholic beverages. You can spend hours here so catch a vibe and enjoy a weekend down here !

Largest outdoor "museum" of street art in the world. It's full of energy everywhere you look. Bright bold colors and unique designs in each space. Interestingly, they have outdoor and indoor exhibitions. The indoor art has a good variety. My favorite is the broken glass art. I can't fathom how difficult it would be to break glass and get it to form the designs here. Admission price isn't too bad and they only charge $5 for youth (under 17). Recommended. Check it out when in Miami!

I must admit I'm very surprised this doesn't have a higher rating. For $12 I was able to spend as much time as I wanted in this incredible space. The art is impressive and the space is beautifully designed. I love how you're outdoors and indoors and although it's crowded you still have plenty of space to enjoy the art and take pics. They also have lots of places to sit and many places are shaded. You're going to pay to park in this area, about $1.25 for 30 minutes if you park on the street. I recommend avoiding 2nd and parking in a side street. If you're not staying far I recommend rideshare so you can explore the area and grab a bite to eat after the museum. You can also use freebie.

Pretty cool art installation and beautiful grounds to check out! Buy a ticket and take your time walking around basking in all the beautiful art pieces! The subway graffiti installation was pretty darn cool. Btw they apply small discounts to first responders and teachers!

I had such a great time at Wynwood Walls. It was so colorful so much art & we were even able to spray paint a wall which was so much fun. That was included in the price. They had a court yard where we could just chill & just be one with the art. I loved it.

Super cool outdoor graffiti walls art exhibit with a MOMA feel. Some really interesting pieces and a wonderful gift shop. Cool neighborhood to stroll around too. Highly recommend a visit!

I've lived in Miami for a decade now and had never been to see the Wynwood Walls and I honestly have no idea why! It's such a cool place with a constantly revolving set of artists, and admission is very reasonable to get in the museum. I went on a weekday and crowds were minimal and it gave you plenty of space to explore and relax and see the various art exhibits. The artists are all so talented and it's really cool to see their different styles. When you are there you can also try spray painting one of the walls towards the back of the museum, you can try it for free for 3 minutes or have a 30 minute guided session for $25. I opted to do the paint a spray can session when I was there for around $20, and you got an hour to paint your spray can and had a guide give you their tips and tricks at the beginning of the session, and you got to take home the spray can at the end as a souvenir! Everyone that worked at the Walls was so friendly and offered to answer any questions I had about any of the exhibits. If you're in Miami, definitely checkout the Wynwood Walls!

Love walking down Wynwood the shops and the art work are just so beautiful to look at. You can shop, eat or just walk around looking at art work. It's the perfect place to be on a nice day.

The art was amazing. I would say that there were too many interactive things to do and for the entry fee I would have liked to be able to go and look around and feel more immersed in the art. A couple of the areas were closed off. And the only interactive thing to do was to spray paint for yourself and you had to pay extra for it. Feels more like a crash grab especially when there is graffiti everywhere you look in Wynwood.

Wynwood Walls - Miami's Outdoor Museum of Street Art Wynwood Walls is a unique and creative outdoor museum showcasing some of the world's best street art. Located in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood just off NW 2nd Avenue, it's become one of the city's most visited attractions--and for good reason. If you love art, you'll absolutely love this. While it used to be free to enter the Walls themselves, there is now a $12 admission fee. That said, it's still well worth it for the curated experience and ever-changing murals. Plus, the surrounding Wynwood neighborhood is an open-air gallery in its own right, filled with free street art, bold graffiti, and colorful alleyways. Street parking is available nearby for $2.75/hour using the Pay to Park app. Once you're there, you'll also find plenty of cool boutiques, hip cafés, and vintage shops. Whether you're into art, fashion, or just soaking up creative vibes, Wynwood is a must-visit spot in Miami

In the last year, the gallery has moved and restructured its representation, all for the better. The new space, though smaller, is more visually functional. It's open and airy, with high ceilings, natural light and expansive walls that bring out the best in the works featured. The gallery specializes in artists employing clever use of unconventional materials to generate exciting and quirky art works. Example, cubed wood to mimic pixilated animal sculptures, melted and mutilated manga dolls, cut comic book pages collaged in optical patterns, lego blocks arranged in to architecture, paintings of amusing and happy plasticine figurines in social arrangements, buttons kinetically arranged with fishing line to create 3 dimensional imagery, carved books et al. All fun and aesthetically whimsical. The uniquely original art is presented by Pablo Dona, the gallery owner/director, a passionate and charming dealer, sells the art he loves and wants to collect for himself. Now Contemporary is among the galleries that have elected to remain in Wynwood and is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday with both on site and street parking. The art is family friendly, as is the gallerist.

The building is open sometimes for tours and as an event space. It was closed the day I finally had the chance to come by but I still was able to enjoy all of the art painted on the outside of the building. In 1905 RC (Royal Crown) Cola was founded by Claud Adkins Hatcher, a Columbus, Georgia pharmacist who enjoyed creating soft drinks in the basement of his family's wholesale grocery business. The company was originally called Union Bottling Works. Royal Crown Ginger Ale was the first flavor followed by Royal Crown Strawberry, Royal Crown Root Beer and Chero-Cola. One day Hatcher overheard a route salesman describe a competitors tall bottle as being knee high which inspired him to create the Nehi line of fruit flavors in 1924. These included orange, grape, root beer. By 1925 the name of the company had been changed to Chero-Cola Co. and there were 315 plants in 14 southern states for bottling Chero-Cola and Nehi. In 1928 the company changed its name again to the Nehi Corporation because of the popularity of the fruity soft drinks. Things were going along well for the corporation until the Great Depression and the stock market crash of October 1929. Business finally began to stabilize by the 1930's but Hatcher passed away suddenly at the age of 46 on December 31, 1933. His will provided for the establishment in 1938 for the Pickett and Hatcher Educational Fund named after his good friend Devitt Pickett. The fund offered college educations to students who couldn't otherwise afford them. The fund is still operating today benefitting thousands of college students. Hatcher was succeeded by Vice President H.R. Mott who led the company to profitability in the 1940's by streamlining operations and cutting expenses. In 1946 celebrities such as Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, and Joan Crawford advertised for the company. In 1955 the name of the company was changed to Royal Crown Cola Company. In 1961 they made a breakthrough with a diet cola that tasted good and had no aftertaste. Diet Rite Cola took the company to new heights until cyclamate, the low calorie sweetener used in the soda was banned in 1969. 1975 brought to the public the popular ad campaign "Me and my RC." In 1980 the first caffeine free RC cola was introduced and in 1983 Diet Rite was eventually reformulated with NutraSweet. In 1984 RC Cola was bought by Chesapeake Financial Corporation an affiliate of Victor Posner and the headquarters was relocated from Atlanta, Georgia to Miami, Florida. An unfavorable court ruling against Posner spelled the end of RC Cola and it closed down in 1993 due to financial mismanagement. After becoming abandoned, the building began attracting graffiti. Today the RC Cola building is a focal point of the prestigious Art Basel held every December. It has appeared in the movie 2Fast2Furious. The plant is now owned by the Mana Urban Arts Project nd it is used for parties, festivals, events, and trade fairs. Art pieces painted there are under the curation of the Bushwick Collective. A full list of upcoming events can be found online.
