    Sink hole they refused to repair properly.

    Day 6 and not one person from Wyyred has bothered to come out and fix the huge sink holes on my front side yard and no one has repaired the drip system that they broke up while digging holes on my side yard WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Not one returned phone call, no returned emails; nothing! I will take them to court. I have a ton of documentation and pictures of all of the damage they caused. They are liable for ALL damages including the huge sinkholes, busted drip system and thousands of dollars of dead landscaping that will happen because after 4 days NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPAIR ANY OF THE DAMAGE. They will be sorry that they destroyed the wrong person's yard and grading. Zero accountability.

    Arturo Castro did an amazing job installing our panel making look clean and did a professional job,was respectful and professional we are happy with the done he did

    We didn't hire them directly, but they dug in our yard for an installation around July 4th. After a storm, sinkholes formed in our yard. We immediately contacted them, sent pictures and initially things were smooth. Although they attempted some repairs, thproblems remain, and they've since stopped responding to our calls and emails.

    Horrible Company- They installed their fiber wire in our community and caused over a million dollars in damages! They need to be reported to both state and federal government as they did this against the will of the community and despite the evidence of large craters showing up everywhere Wyyerd turned their back on every homeowner. Don't let them install in your neighborhood. You'll regret it.

    Amazing service from Wyyerd. New router and modem, I couldn't connect to my 5g. One phone call and problem was resolved. The best.

    Wyrred is the worst we had in our house. Only one computer can connect and everything else is a hit or run.

    Phoenix Comm sold my client a projector screen to replace one they didn't like for their main video…read moreconferencing room. Phoenix Communications refused to swap the screen out for what they quoted unless we paid them another hefty fee. I have a PDF of all communications to prove this review true. My wifi/hard-wired speeds had been inconsistent and generally very slow. I determined it was likely do to bad cabling from the previous owners, as well as the cabinet having useless, used cables everywhere. I HATED working in that room as it was a nightmare to work with. A picture speaks a thousand words so check out the before and after. He mounted everything in the cabinet very professionally, removed all the redundant and used cables (having to climb through a insulated tightly packed attic) and mounted my router on the outside of the cabinet for easy access and to provide maximum range/efficiency. My speeds on both wifi and hardwired skyrocketed! Even during PEAK hours I was getting well over what my cable company was 'guaranteeing.' Off-hours it is well beyond what is advertised by Cox. He was very thoughtful in his process. (planned ahead and had multiple solutions if he came across any problems.) Beyond the box he checked the Ethernet jacks in every room and re-placed them/tested as necessary. He does full residential and commercial jobs and for the amount of time he spent the price was beyond fair and MUCH lower than I was expecting. I cannot recommend this guy enough!

Switched from Verizon to cricket they made it super easy, it did…read morenot cost much, and I got an amazing Bluetooth speaker called the boombot, which can get pretty loud bet the best feature of it is that it can hook to any peicr of clothing or a belt so while I'm working alone outside I have some music! I called the store after getting nowhere with customer service because of broken English and thought that I'd reach out to vendors in my new state and neighborhood for assistance. Before I could even ask a question I was spoken over twice that they couldn't help me with ANYTHING unless I came into the store. I tried to ask a question and without even hearing me out let me know their store was waaay to busy for a phone question. Left wondering why they have a business phone in the first place, after being hung up on I tried to call back and received voice mail. Doesn't costumer service extend to ALL areas?? Are they THAT busy to not even allow me to ask any questions at all? Maybe go to a less busy store or at least one that has the common decency to treat a customer with some respect!! Wow. SMH
