We moved over from Cox Communications about a year ago. Cox was HORRIBLE! Wyyred made our move so simple! Wyyerd's Customer Service was pleasant to work with and they were able to provide an affordable monthly plan for both Internet and VOIP. No equipment rental fee! No up-charges or hidden fees. They had us connected and running within three (3) days (first available appointment). We have only had to call Tech Support twice: 1. Intermittent Connectivity (due to torrential storm weather about six months ago) 2. Questions about Mobile App Both times, Tech Support was ON THEIR GAME and took care of us quickly. Coming into our community without letting the residents know that their property and the community property will be torn up with, very likely, damage to irrigation and drainage. I upgraded my internet speeds from 1 Gig to 5 Gigs yesterday. When the installer installed the new router he never off boarded the old router from my account. Long story short, I was not able to see my network because the app was still looking at the old network and we all know why. I got a call this morning from a Tech Agent by the name of Zach who helped me get the issue resolved. He just released my email address from the old router and then I was good to go. Review update, initially I was having trouble with Wyyerd for my fiber wire burial. After a few weeks of detailed emails, the main Manager was able to assist and clear up all of my issues. Definitely satisfied with the turn around and hope that they may schedule and respond accordingly for each client to avoid issues. We got Wyyred about a year ago and until today it was good. The first few months speeds were well over 300mbs which was wonderful. over time the speed has come down, but still in the 200 range so better than what we had with Cox. Today our internet went out, first time in a year, so that's good, but service is an issue. I called and they did troubleshooting over the phone but were unable to get it working. The first available appointment is in 2 days. When I explained that wont work they said they will put us on a wait list for if an opening comes sooner. Quite honestly when I spoke to them on the phone they sounded like they really don't care, even the supervisor Maria. Such a disappointment. This is the first time we have needed anything and so far they are failing miserably. Also when I called I was on hold for 24 minutes before I could even speak with a live person. With Cox the internet went out much more frequently, but at least with a phone call they always got it working again within a couple hours or less. Not sure I can stick with an internet provider who doesn't care if my internet goes out and takes days to even send a repair tech out. read more

Day 6 and not one person from Wyyred has bothered to come out and fix the huge sink holes on my front side yard and no one has repaired the drip system that they broke up while digging holes on my side yard WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Not one returned phone call, no returned emails; nothing! I will take them to court. I have a ton of documentation and pictures of all of the damage they caused. They are liable for ALL damages including the huge sinkholes, busted drip system and thousands of dollars of dead landscaping that will happen because after 4 days NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPAIR ANY OF THE DAMAGE. The internet started out great for several months. But there have been at least 4 total blackouts in the last couple weeks, lasting HOURS! This affects my job tremendously and is not an inconvenience I can keep dealing with. I hated Cox, but they never had these issues... Wyyred is fine when it is up and running, when it goes down is the problem. My internet went down about 1 PM on a Friday afternoon. I checked ever thing i could Router etc: and notified Wyyred about 2 PM. They said that it would be Sunday afternoon before they could get a repair man out. On 11/12/25 when we were out of town Wyyred came out and dug up our drainage pipe while they were installing wiring for new neighbors homes. When they were done with the wire box install they just left our drainage pipe out didn't re burry it. When we returned home we contacted them and they denied it wasn't them. We sent them the security videos we had showing their truck and their people doing it and after many calls and them viewing the videos, they said they would send a supervisor out to look at it, but never did. After many calls with the same results ( we'll send someone out) nothing ever happened. On 12/18/25 we got a call from Andrew asking if it had been resolved and if he could close the ticket. We told him nothing had been done, no supervisor not pipe replacement. He said he would escalate the ticket. 1/8/26 another call from Andrew again we told him still nothing, no call, no supervisor no re burry of drainage pipe, once again he said he would escalate the ticket and get someone ur right away. It is 3/8/26 and still nothing from Wyyred. We are now looking for a new internet service because if this is the customer service they offer I don't want it. Very disappointed in the company and the supervisor, management service. Internets ok but better hope you don't need customer service from them because it doesn't happen. And if you ever see a truck outside your home you should go out and watch everything there doing on your propert. Goes out at night, every other week, for 3-4 days at a time (1am to 6am). Some customers get an email notification that it'll be out due to updates and that it will come back up at 6am but there are a lot of customers who work from home and need it prior to 6am. I want to also point out that they are new to the neighborhood in Buckeye AZ so I'm sure this is a big part of it but it is still very disappointing that there are so many outages. read more

At first I was happy to have Wyyred. But today our internet went down and there is not a soul to contact until Tuesday after Christmas. Today is Friday. There is a huge sink hole by the Wyyerd box they put in the ground when installing fiber in our area. I had asked them to fix it 2 weeks ago. They said they would. Now, it's raining and the whole section is flooding and no service is even coming into our house. So, while I hate CoX at least I can get a hold of people 24/7. This seems pretty customary to have some kind of support available for a business that is new and needs to troubleshoot issues. We switched from Cox internet to Wyyerd after that brought the fiber optic to our community / neighborhood in Sun City Festival. The connection by the Wyyerd service technician was simple and quick. The connection for our TV's, and other devices were good, but right away the quality of our cell phone dropped to roughly 30%. The calls either never connected, were sporadic, or never connection on the inbound and outbound calls. The first call to Wyyerd about the issue identified that we weren't connection to our 5G. My though was that the turned 5G on when we called and complained... We after two weeks of being connected to 5G, there is little to no improvement. Be weary Sun City Festival users, the Wyyred cell phone connection is poor at best. read more

I had my Wyyerd installed on Monday and the entire process went smoothly! The technician Isaac was right on time , super respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He asked for permission before places any of the devices around the house and gave advice on best places to get the best coverage for my home usage. The process took less time than I expected due to his efficiency and he even helped me download the app and set up the WiFi connection before he left. Do not trust this company. I requested an installation for my new build home and they confirmed this could be done on the Saturday I moved in. It's now Tuesday and i'm still without internet. I've called their reps everyday because my spouse and I work from home and it's effecting our jobs now. I finally got an answer today that the install would take 2-3 weeks! If I had known that I would have just gone with Cox. Luckily I called Cox and they are able to come out this week to install (no digging up my yard needed!). I canceled my install with Wyyred thankfully before they had the chance to destroy my yard. However, when I asked them to confirm they would not dig in my yard they would not confirm this and said they still will likely come out to dig on our utility easement anyway which they have the right to do apparently. They've completely ruined the first week in our new home as first time home buyers don't trust them. They might be cheaper than Cox but you get what you pay for. read more

Believe the bad reviews! I'm going back to Cox! This company is garbage! Spotty internet, kept getting all these weird "prove you're human" puzzles and things when I'd visit my normal websites like Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Couldn't get logged in because I'd get tripped up on those puzzles, then my facebook acct got suspended I guess because of all the failed login attempts? Who knows??? All I do know is I never had any of these issues when I was with Cox and Wyyred wasn't interested in helping me with a resolution, so that tells me they do not value their customers. Internet is decent. Fair pricing but they lie to you to get your business. Sale rep (Juan A) comes to your home and offers you cheap and high speed internet with a 7 day free trial. Called Cox to cancel and they gave us a better price to stay with them. Called Wyyerd and they said that there was no 7 day free trial and that if we canceled, that we would have to pay the current charges and return the equipment at their store. Now we are stuck with paying a bill that was supposed to be a free trial and now we got to go and drop off their equipment too.
