As a small business, we appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into providing services. However, we have encountered significant issues that have left us quite disappointed. My wife has been a loyal client for over a year, consistently making appointments and paying in advance. Unfortunately, there have been multiple occasions where the service has been delayed due to lateness on your part. On one notable occasion, my wife arrived just a few minutes late, but was refused service due to what was deemed an "inconvenience" to your schedule. It seems quite contradictory to prioritize your schedule over your clients, especially given that you have been late in fulfilling services in the past. This has caused considerable inconvenience for my wife, who has always respected her appointment times. We believe that businesses thrive when client satisfaction is prioritized, so we hope that you will take this feedback to heart in the future to improve overall service or lack of thereof.
