Joey, the owner, was so easy to work with. He allowed me to change the date of the cleaning twice! He's got full days but was so flexible with my issues. I'm selling my father's house & needed to SURE the windows/tracts, screens would be spotless. They are! They were hired to power wash my house by the painter I have contracted to paint it. Once on site, he questioned if I would like my tile roof cleaned. My wife had been wanting to get this done prior to this. So I agreed to it too. He made our roof go from a dark greenish/blackish/brownish fungus riddle roof to a nice brown, that is going to match the color we have selected for our home.
