Be cautious on the quality and workmanship. Make sure you know what is expected to be completed. The following were my issues. 1) Contractor did not install the drip edge properly. 2) Standard roof vents were used for the bathroom (no flapper valve or connection for house exhaust). 3) Contractor returned to the site one day later and picked up the extra bundles of shingles). 4) Contractor removed some of the owners equipment. Protech was contacted via email, text and phone calls about the discrepancy, I have not received a response but they were quick to return a quote on additional work we want to have performed.
