Thankfully we also hired an interior designer who helped with much of the decision making and coordination. As the weather has warmed up, we noticed that one of the rooms is very, very hot. After repeated calls, text messages and requests to James and Brad, they have failed to address this problem. It's clear that there is not enough insulation from the attic space and dormer windows in this new room. It has been over a month since James let us know that he would address this problem and nothing has been done. Based on their lack of communication and follow up, I would highly recommend not going with this company for your project.
