I contracted with X-Tream with the hopes that they were a professional and responsive company. Unfortunately, within only one week after coming to terms on an agreement the Owner, Obeth, demanded more money. Although, he walked the facilities, knew the scope and provided pricing, Obeth wanted more. And, on top of it quit performing the contracted services without providing a 30 day notice to terminate as stated in their agreement. UPDATE: They did send a team after hours to get my cleaning done which was appreciated, and the team did a good job. That said, the company isn't very responsive and I still did need to jump through hoops just to find out when they were coming and if they were coming. Not just that day when the cleaner had an emergency, but for over a week leading up to cleaning day, including cleaning day. Had I not called them, I don't know if I'd have ever gotten any update on what time they planned on coming, or if they were coming at all. I needed work done on a 10,000 sq ft estate up in Hollywood Hills that has massive ceiling to floor windows and French doors on 2 floors and massive patios (cement) areas. I had the guys do the windows and power wash the patios. They did an amazing job at a very respectable price! He also was willing to match another bid because I liked how he conducted himself in the estimate and wanted to give him a chance (gut instinct).
