The guy that answered was awesome and totally understood the urgency in which I needed this done and he made it happen! If there are certain areas you need the crew to work on a little more, I recommend to let them know ahead of time so they can also plan ahead. So unprofessional! I called to book a cleaning service for my apartment, no one answered so I left a message. No response for over 24hrs, so I call and leave another message when they once again don't pick up the phone. Then I receive a TEXT MESSAGE, not a phone call or email, a text, asking what service I would need and the size of my unit. I scheduled the service. Now today, over a week later, was suppose to be my scheduled service. I wake up to a TEXT MESSAGE saying that the cleaners in my area had an emergency and can we reschedule for tomorrow. I wrote back no and that I could do this afternoon instead, no response, I text again a couple hours later, no response. I have now waited all day with no attempt to reach out to me on their end. I have a roommate moving in this weekend and am very upset because the apartment is still needing deep cleaning for her arrival. This company was a God send...I booked my appointment the night before and the cleaning crew was there 15 minutes prior to our agreed starting time.the work performed went above and beyond my expectation. They even have a Maintenance handyman by the name Reney that can tackle almost anything needed. I hired this company based on the reviews. I regret calling them. Josh whos nice but the people who came did a horrible job. Leo, maritza and henry took 5hrs just to clean 3bathrooms and it was still dirty. They came unprepared. They asked for a vacuum took a trip to the store to get cleaning products and trying to rent a steam cleaner from home depot which was very unprofessional. My counters were full of ajax they must have used the same rag because it smelled like it. I asked for deep cleaning and recieved deep shit i ended up cleaning it all over again after they left and they didnt finish my downstairs at all. Not sure why and what they were doing the whole time if nothing was done at all!!! On top of that they showed up an hr late. I expressed how i felt to josh the owner which he offered another crew but i declined after i really looked at the extra work i had to do and i was too nervous and pissed to have them come out again cant chance another mistake.
