Being a realtor, I have been contacting Herman for 2 different cases for about the last 2 weeks. At first, I thought we would clean right away (so I contacted him to try to book a date), but after the tenant left, we realized that we needed to reschedule because we needed time to redo the carpet and etc. After the estimation of the the completion, I tried to schedule something early next week. Literally every text takes more than an average of 3 days for any response. After signing the work authorization form and calling the office I was told that the confirmation of appointment only occurs at the end of the day over text. I didn't get a text til the next day, and then a tenuous promise of being scheduled for Friday morning only to be informed the night before that it wasn't happening. And then no guarantee of work happening on Monday. This entire process made me feel small. I'm trying to them you a job worth thousands of dollars and they couldn't even schedule an appointment over the phone. This whole process made me feel unvalued and like my water damage didn't matter.
