I've been going here for a bit over a year now, I've gotten two wraps done, one last year (the sides of my car) and one this year (my hood and a windshield banner) I emailed them the files of the designs I had. Both times they've had to resize the designs and even I've had trouble giving them the right type of file, but somehow someway they always figure out a way to do the job and they do a phenomenal job! My wrap that I've had on the sides for a year has held up really well, just a small part of the wrap had peeled on the side but it's not visible. Keep in mind I've driven the car through snow, got stuck in a ditch, heavy storms and all, I will continue to go to them for my future wraps! read more

Good grief. After reviewing images on the X-Treme Graphics Instagram page, I thought this would be a good place to get a wrap for my son's DOC band helmet. I was wrong. I thought upon arrival, I would have a chance to sit with a designer and talk about what I wanted. Nope. You can send them an email, and then a receptionist will let you lean over her desk and she'll show you a handful of background images. Maybe you'll get to look at someone's fingerprint-smudged phone to squint at an old Instagram photo. While I provided several photos and instructions on how I wanted my son's helmet to look, it ended up looking like it was slapped together in a hurry. Although I wanted my son's helmet to resemble Captain America's, X-Treme Graphics printed out a *turquoise* background for some reason. (Since when does Captain America wear a turquoise helmet?) And instead of including the "A" and the shield within the wrap, they just added stickers after the fact. STICKERS! And the shield isn't even a circle. It's warped. The blue outline around the "A" doesn't match the turquoise of the background. The "A" doesn't even look like Cap's "A." Between driving here, pulling up images so I could email them to the woman sitting across the desk, waiting two hours for the application, and driving home, I wasted five hours and $80 dollars on something that looks like it was half-assed at a craft show. Fellow parents, save your money and find a graphics company that actually cares about the end product and who will take the time to work with you so you get the best outcome. This is some sort of rush-job factory. Had I seen a mock-up of the finished design, I could have voiced objections. Instead, I got what I got and raced home because I have a kid to care for - a kid who now has a helmet that looks worse than before. Don't go to them for baby helmet wrapping. They'll do an awful job and refuse to refund you because they supposedly don't make much off of them. That's not the customers fault and they need to pay to have it redone, so is it fair that they should lose out twice? Just refund the money. read more

My son was Rx'd a Doc Band (cranial helmet). The orthodics company produces them in no-frills plain white, which is fine, but since my son is going to be wearing his helmet for the next ~3 months, I wanted to bling it out a bit. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to use X-Treme Graphics based on the fact that reviews vary quite a bit. However, no one else in the area would wrap a helmet. Additionally, X-Treme stated the wrapping would be done in 2 hours, which is important since helmets need to be worn 23/7. I decided to take a chance and am glad I did: they did a nice job and my son has gotten a ton of compliments already! I called X-Treme a week before the Doc Band would arrive to set up an appointment and ask about the process. They didn't take my name, and suggested I look at their Instagram (where they have a TON of designs) and/or bring ideas. I used ideas on their Instagram but also brought pictures (in color) of my own. The day of my appointment, I brought the pics and explained how I wanted the helmet designed. I got a call 1.5 hours later that it was complete! The design is exactly what I asked for, right down to the fact that I wanted baseballs dotting the "j" and "i" in my son's name. I hope that the wrapping stays intact for a long time, since I'm planning on putting it on my son's teddy bear when he no longer has to wear it! :) I'm pleased with the outcome, and the turnaround time was superb! I'm pretty glad I was able to update my review about this location. Sometimes all you need is a different perspective of things, and I'm glad this time it was in their favor. I decided after a small while that I wanted some rim tape put on my motorcycle. I called the prior Tuesday but was informed they may not be able to squeeze me in that requested Friday or Saturday as they were expoxying the floors. They said to accommodate me better on color-match with my bike, it was still doable to have my come by to pick out vinyl and color options. Unfortunately due to work getting in the way, I was not able to stop by in. Steve however did email me the following week asking if I was still interested in stopping in and after figuring out a few options with I believe her name was Patty on the phone, I gave Steve a call and confirmed my stop-in. By verbal agreement we aimed for 4pm, they had my bike done at about 530 and this was with various projects they had going on prior to me arriving. The color match turned out quite well and my OCD-ness looked over the job that was done, and just like how it was years ago, it gave me that reassurance that I sure hoped to find; the quality of the work was very good. The overall wait time was a tad long, but that was to be expected and was mentioned to me prior to me showing up, it's only been a day since the install but I would like to think this will hold up quite well over time. The pricing was fair and I am pleased with their level of service and commitment, I will happily be back for more. Thanks Steve (and team). read more

Brought my car in to update the interior trim pieces. Steve only offered 2 options. Decided on gloss black and went to inspect the work. It was done way too fast and had several air bubbles and creases that could be seen. Shotty work. He said we're not charging you enough to remove the trim pieces. After the work was done and I paid $200, one of the techs offered another vinyl wrap and said it would look great. A black brushed metal. I agreed and asked Steve what could be done to correct the work with this better option. Had to book another appointment and was charged an additional $100. The 2nd tech Devon did a great job and did it right this time. He removed a couple panels to ensure there were no creases, dust or bubbles. Solid guy and a perfectionist. I could see this guy in a few years opening up his own shop and teaching Steve a thing or two about not rushing a job and doing it right the first time. Devon gets 5 stars. Xtreme gets 3. read more

My cousin ordered a decal and wrap for her sons helmet. He has to wear this for MONTHS, so she thought she would personalize it for him. When she chose your business to do this she had seen numerous amazing helmets done. Helmets that are the exact same as her sons, but yet hers looks like trash! The edges are all folded and crinkled. Most are cut very uneven, and the vinyl doesn't even lay Close to flat. My cousin emailed the business and their response was "the vinyl doesn't lay flat" and she should "expect there to be wrinkles and folds since you cannot get the vinyl flat". What the heck kind of response is that?! She paid $80 to have this done, and they don't even acknowledge that their work was crap. I don't understand how you can have numerous helmets look flawless but his looks uneven, bubbled, wrinkled, cut, and ratty!? Terrible business. read more

I was seriously considering shipping it off to WA to have this lady paint it for $350 + shipping when I stumbled on xtreme graphics. Local and super easy to find, these guys made pimping out Logan's helmet super easy. I walked in with a few ideas and they ran with it! (And for on $60!) I got my sons helmet covered here a couple of weeks ago and it started peeling and bubbling the next day. I called and they said I would have to go back in and have it touched up but I live really far away from the shop. When I went the first time they took way longer to complete the job than I was initially told and it became an all day thing. Not sure if they are new at this but they are over priced for the quality of work. I wouldn't recommend them for a helmet cover. read more

We went here to get a design for my son's cranial band. We provided them with detailed instructions, and the design did not turn out as expected and was poorly applied to the band. We immediately asked how to remove the design, and the response was to heat up the helmet. We could not heat up the helmet (which could jeopardize the structure, and the helmet cost several thousand dollars) and had to peel the design off the helmet, which left a strong smell of adhesive. We called the following business day and requested our money back ($80) because we were unable to use the design. They said that they would redesign it but not provide us with a refund. We explained that we could not travel out to the location again because the entire process (travel time and time to create the design) takes at least 5 hours and because of our son's medical conditions and our time off work, it was impossible. They refused to refund the money but later contacted us because of a bad review on Facebook, which they did not understand because they thought we were happy with the product. Having a baby with a cranial band is difficult enough. Parents, please do not go here! I wish I had seen the other negative reviews before wasting the $80. read more

However , after standing in the lobby in plain view of what I assume were several staff members for close to 45 minutes without greeting or acknowledgement , we decided to leave. I'm sure they do good work but the poor customer service was very off putting. Our first doc band was made at this place 4 months ago. We had pictures with the design we picked, so it was easy project for guys. The helmet came out not so perfect, had lot of wrinkles on it. But since its for baby and will be used just for 3 or 4 months, we did not complained. When we got our second doc band for our son, I called to the same place to do wrapping. We were thinking to make some minor changes on design this time. I was informed that the rate for doc band increased by $20. I asked how much it would be to make changes and was told that it will be full price, and if we will keep same design we had, it will be less, since design is already done. When we came in for our appointment with the baby, the owner said that it doesnt matter if we do any changes or not, it is $80, full price. He changed his mind, or forgot what he was saying over the phone ? We agreed, just wanted to be done with this asap. Then the owner said that it will take time to upload our old design and he is now going to eat...?? No excuse, no despite my husband was holding baby on his hands. We just looked at each other with disbelieve what was happening and decided to leave. Very very rude, low, low customer service !!! Got my 2015 Honda Fit Carbon Fiber Wrapped. The X-Treme Graphics guys and girls hit a Grand Slam. Car looks great. I love this business so much I even had them put their company stickers on the rear hatch window. Look elsewhere to get your work done. Went in to get my tail lights tinted and they did a horrible job. Not only did they cut the tints short on all the corners and scratch the lights, they didn't even bother laying the film down properly. I went a week later to show them what they did wrong, politely I might add, and the owner gave me attitude like I was the one who did a shotty job. Extremely rude. X-Treme Graphics does awesome work! My son has to wear a doc band (to fix slightly mis-shaped nogen -smile). Of course I was nervous and concerned about how well he'd adjust. I decided to make it fun and decorate it. I reside in TX however another parent highly recommended X-Treme Graphics. I was a little hesitant to mail it off as the doc band is very expensive, also my son needed to begin wearing it a.s.a.p. Despite my reservations I mailed it (same day priority). Prior to mailing it I spoke with Patty regarding design specifications etc. Her professionalism and compassion really reassured me. I spoke with Steve while he was designing the doc band. He was kind enough to text pictures of the finalized product. The doc band pics were beautiful however nothing prepared me for the "live and in living color" experience. The pictures didn't do Steve's work justice; the helmet was even more beautiful! I want to personally thank Steve and Patty for making a not so good (medical) experience more bearable.
