The team also misplaced my city sticker, which meant I had to file a police report and go to City Hall to replace it--just for trying to get my car worked on. To Adam's credit, they did offer to cover the cost, but that doesn't undo the hassle involved. As a gesture, they added ceramic coating to the paint, but unfortunately, they applied it without properly washing or prepping the surface beforehand--something that completely undermines the purpose and longevity of the coating. He has little to no knowledge of the products or how an operation should work as a whole. Many companies and customers have left on his watch; he can't even hire competent employees to assist with the company. I ran across a guy from another business that used to be a customer of theirs and they were told by working employees at DLS in Duluth GA that the General Manager can't focus on the business because he too busy going after the female employees that he hires. Please be aware when dealing with this company that things will be wrong, wrong product sent to customers, no meeting of on time dates, shipments being sent to the wrong address. No QC because if they had one then there wouldn't be so many issues.
