Beyond that they donated the work to us, which is just amazing. I truly hope that if someone is in the market for a wrap that they use insight. I worked with Chris on figuring out 3D lettering for our Pilates studio. The end result was amazing! Josh did a fantastic job actually installing the letters, and he was very patient and thorough. He was on time too, which is of course extremely important! Working in a loud, busy Pilates studio, I had to communicate mostly by e-mail with Chris, which I know he was displeased with. If he was displeased, I wish he would have let it show a little less, which is why I didn't give all 5 stars. I asked a lot of questions because I am new at my job and because I found the quotes hard to understand and break down compared to Fastsigns. Again, we got that squared away and we're extremely happy with our 3D lettering. We had a few different designs from Chris which helped us visualize things better and make the right decision. I wish I had as good of experience as many others on here. I worked with this company twice in the past and was very satisfied, but this time it was another story. Insight wrapped two trucks for our moving business in the past and did a professional job. We now have two more trucks to wrap. I figured this would be a slam dunk easy job, since they had existing artwork from the last truck which just had to be changed slightly. Chris came out to measure the truck (week of April 1), which saved us a run to his shop. However, after that, it's like the guy fell off the face of the earth. I sent multiple e-mails requesting a quote, and called and left multiple messages. I could not get a quote for the life of me. At one point he replied in an e-mail "same as last time", which was confusing since this truck was smaller than the last one. When I asked for clarification it was another 2 weeks without a response. Finally I reached him on the phone and expressed my dissatisfaction with his communication. He more or less said if I don't like it, I'm welcome to go somewhere else. He said he would get me the quote. Another 5 days went by and I had to e-mail again since he didn't follow through with what he said. He finally sent the quote, but let me know that he couldn't get the truck in for 3 weeks. So it took from the week of April 1 to May 18 to get a quote!?! I could have had the job done anytime in the last 45 days but I'm not writing a blank check - did he expect me to bring it in and just pay whatever he decided I should pay? Here's the deal - there are plenty of other places in town that do the same thing his company does. I'm going to use one that appreciates their customers and can communicate clearly and in a timely manner. No one should have to make multiple requests to get a quote, or wait a month for one. This is what they do - I just don't get it. I called up my guy from Rebel Wraps, who has done quality sign work for us in the past, and he was happy to match their price AND come out and wrap it at our place, saving me the hassle of driving to a shop. Bottom line - it's unacceptable to have such poor customer service, regardless if a company has a good product or service. Chris's poor communication and inability to simply admit he did a crappy job following up cost him our business, and hopefully you will also think twice before putting up with this poor customer service. read more

Not only they help me same day to print a 20 by 10 fit of banner for a friend marriage proposal :) but they did a full wrap to over 10 vehicles that my company owens mini van and vans i have used other companies before and not even one got close to them. In a last minute bind, I headed over to In Sight to get a presentation board done by that same afternoon. The guys there were incredibly helpful and accommodated me and finished my board before the time they said it would be done. I was shocked by how amazing it looked. It was beautifully printed and applied to foam core and laminated. It really looked stunning. The price was an incredible value as well. I know that if I went into Fedex/Kinko's and requested the same finish and application I would have paid 3 times as much. And the quality would have been far worse as well. Unlike he did for Brad, Chris wouldn't even come to my place to give an estimate. He was abrupt and rude on the phone asking me to do everything from taking measurements to taking a picture to send to him. Then he made me wait a week before I had to contact him again and he wouldn't even explain what he was pricing. When I asked for more details, he said we weren't real clients and declined the project. Reading all the other comments - looks like this guy likes big accounts and he'll consider walk-ins, but beware if he's not in the mood for a side job because he'll treat you really poorly and leave you back at square one after you've spent a week trying to work with him. before going to in sight sign company, i called them and asked if they could do my relatively simple 25' banner. i was quicky told "of course", so excitedly, i jumped in my car and drove all the way from Hyde Park to have the banner made -- based mostly on YELP recommendations. I had all the artwork, logo's etc with me and even a sample of the final product. not sure who chris is, but the guy sitting behind the computer when i walked in the door was probably the rudest person i ever met. First, he was irritated that i had walked in and interrupted him. His first words were something mumbled like...."what do you want.." I explained my project -- even showed him an example. I asked to see the paper he would print the banner on....he started to get up to get it and then abruptly said -- "you know what -- i dont have time for this (the word 'stupid' was implied in his tone) project. I'm too busy. Take it to Kinko's or somewhere else. I cant be bothered." He literally told me " I can't be bothered". He didnt even ask when i needed it - which by the way was 3 weeks from the time i was there. So much for good recommendations from YELP. Guess good service depends on the mood of the guy behind the desk, but since he was having a bad day and treated me like that, i need to let people know "enter the store a your own risk"! He would have had about 20 additional jobs had this one turned out well.....the good news is, i took it to Kinko's in Buck Town and they turned it around in 24 hours.... done to perfection. So my only "thanks" is for the recommendation! read more

I had read the great reviews and have to agree. This fellow Chris repaired my sign that got a baseball size hole in it, and it came out looking WAY better than it did originally. He did this in one day and gave me what I thought was a very fair price. He also worked around my busy schedule to accomodate me. HORRIBLE! I used this company for almost a year for lots of signs and Chris was always a real jerk. He always in a bad mood and he loses or forgets orders all the time. And the installation is done by a 3rd party who, while nice, are completely inept. They rarely show up, and when they do they can be up to a day late and install the sign badly and in the wrong place. If I could give them 0 stars I would! read more
