Their service is fine. Garbage is always picked up no problem. The problem is they never answer their phone or return calls. Also their website is broken and you can't pay online. If you have a billing issue you'll have to goto their "office". read more

Lived in Bartonville for over 8 years and garbage collection has always been on Monday morning and they have always come between 11:30 and 12:30 so I've put my garage out by 10:00 am on Monday morning. This morning they came at 7:30 am with no notice of change! I've called their office twice and left messages. No response, not the first time they don't respond to calls! Very unprofessional and rude. We've been with them for almost a year now and have never received a bill in the mail. We are very adamant about checking our mail and make sure we check our mail box everyday. So when I get a call saying our services will be getting shut off and they will be tacking on a late fee i'm not very pleased. This has happened twice and so we finally decided to switch services. To top it off the garbage men literally scream outside our house while my fiancé is sleeping from working all night. read more

X- Waste is an excellent garbage service. They were gracious enough to service our area by request and are always courteous and on time. Living just outside Manito, there are limited choices for garbage pickup and this company's service far surpasses their competitors. read more

I chose this company from a referral from my neighbor. They were paid up front. They picked up 1 can the first week. Then drove by the 2nd week and never even considered my service. Left 2 at roadside. Don't do business with these people. No help from customer service either. Just apologies. Run! read more
