The food was very good, tasted good and professionally presented. The bakery was gorgeous, and more french and american looking bread stuffs than mexican. We left our waiter, Luis, a 200 peso tip, and he almost carried me to our car. Wonderful, professional, very tasty. We're spending 18 days here in Cancun. I promise to try to eat everything on the menu.

Temperature checks and hand sanitizers were given before entry. The menu can be found using a mobile phone, but it can be a bit tricky navigating the site. Some menu items can be found on certain pages, but not the lunch page. We ordered Enchiladas Toks, chips and queso, and water with a lime wedge. We showed our waitress a picture of chips and queso.... We ended up getting fries with what appeared to be canned cheese on top and lemonade. The lemonade tasted really funky. We didn't want to make it a big deal so we just ate the wrong food and drink. Overall, the food was not great. We also asked for spicy salsa. The salsa were bland and not spicy. This place reminds me of a mediocre restaurant in Houston. The prices are also on the higher side and comparable to what you would pay in the U.S. The service was okay though. We ordered a lovely celery spinach smoothie & a pineapple one. Both were very refreshing on a hot day. I saw a lady next to us order a latte & man that foam was 2 inches high. I wished it was was Earlier in the day. I got the chicken breast with goat cheese in a chipotle sauce with pasta. My guest got the veggie sandwich. We both ate every last drop. It was delish. Staff was kind & helpful. Would definitely come back.

Look not further, it's all my momma and for that I'm grateful. The shrimp tacos were simply delicious, I wanted to eat more but it was late and I needed to fit into my bikini tomorrow morning. It reminded me of an IHop or a Denny's in the US. It was authentic, the prices were very reasonable and the food was good, not great. The server was very friendly and the service was quick. My favorite might be the French toast which was made with the bread made in house. Overall, a cheap brunch compared to the American standard and definitely cheaper than what the hotel was charging. So I ended up with chilaquiles, which are now a favorite of mine and though not impossible to find in the states, they don't appear too often. I had a choice of a verde sauce or a mole, and I went for the mole. I loved the different textures: the avocado and chicken with the crunch of the tortilla. The cotija cheese on top was delicious. I went back to Cancun once again and returned for this same meal. Someone I know was just in Cancun, and I told him to do the same thing. I've had chilaquiles since, but none as good as Manyee's.
