The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The owner Lisa was friendly , professional and obviously takes a lot pride in her gym. I couldn't have had a better experience. The owner Mikey is great and the community they have built is phenomenal. The workouts are great and tough and will definitely leave you sweating. Great community and I felt at home on day one. Solid programming that pushed me to my limits in a challenging but safe way. I was actually coached as a drop-in and I left a better athlete in a week of working out here. Made my week long stay at Fort Leonard Wood a good time. Their drop-in policies were totally fair and I would highly recommend literally anyone in the area to check this place out. Heck, I would take orders out here again just to work out here.
