XCell Repair Plus really helped me with my seventh generation IPad. The associate was gracious enough to show me how to use the swipe up feature as an alternate way to use the home button. The home button was broken and I didn't know about the swipe up function! So, bottom line: these folks are honest!! if I ever have an issue with my devices; I will head back to XCell Repair Plus! I went in for an iPhone eight back replacement for a shattered back glass as well as a new battery. The staff was fantastic and the pricing was very reasonable. I couldn't be more happy with the end result. I have been hesitant in the past to have an iPhone repair done, but I'm incredibly happy I decided to do so, and to take my business to them. they did the repair same day and had it completed in just over two hours. I highly recommend them as they are talented and very savvy.Not to mention a very personable and friendly staff. They also give you the choice of using either third-party parts, which are less expensive, or Apple OEM parts. I deeply regret taking my phone to be repaired here, not once but twice. The first time I fixed front and back glass for iPhone XS, the front screen cracked after dropping on rug even though they guaranteed the glass was glass from Apple and my Apple glass went 2 years without a scratch. Re-repaired front screen which cracked a few months later. When I took my phone in to a certified Apple repair location, they said I had third party parts in the phone even though I was assured the parts were Apple! My battery was taped on by xcell and is now swelling. I'm so disappointed in their work, customer service and the fact that I spent almost $400 on shoddy parts. I brought a nintendo switch here to just have the charging post fixed because it was a bit askew (still charged perfectly fine). I specifically asked if it was entirely necessary and they insisted that it was. After I left it with them I received a call informing me that they had accidentally damaged the mother board and had to replace the entire thing. I was told there would be no charge and when I came to pick it up they charged me for the original charging port fee. I asked about being told that there would be no charge and they, "yeah, we aren't charging you for the motherboard" No duh! YOU BROKE IT! No all of the save data and games on the system are lost and the SD Card needs to be reformatted to work. Everything lost and they charged ME! I am making it my personal mission to e sure that none of my clients, friends or family ever use this business. You destroyed my Switch and I payed you $80 for it! read more

Great customer service! I called on a federal holiday to see if they were open. The owner called me back, apologized that they were closed and promised to get my repair done the next day. Professional and extremely timely. Phone was ready to go in the time it was promised. Reasonably priced as well. I had a shattered screen fixed on my iPhone and the touch screen works fantastic.
