Longstory short, I had them put a custom PC rig together for me because I was struggling to do it myself (lol). During the waiting period, I was given a 3 day notice to prep for a 30 day field problem. Monster Computers did me a solid and worked on my PC while i was out in the field (as opposed to making me hold the parts and doing it upon return) so I could enjoy it once I was back. During this time, there were a few complications with broken parts I bought. I had very limited communication with them due to bad signal/being in the field, but for the small amount that I had, they helped out by returning the parts for me and using new ones i ordered to their location. They did absolutely everything they possible could to make sure that my computer was built and ready to go ASAP, giving me an impressive and stress free experience. My second issue was that Silver Knight sends warrantied laptops back to the factory. Silver Knight cannot perform warrantied services on MSI equipment they sell. The problem was a day 1 issue with a RAM bank. MSI in the process of diagnosing a simple RAM issue wiped my disk clean. Basically, I brought a computer I purchased there for warrantied service and it was returned to me completely useless. I have been going through a laborious process to return the computer to a minimal level of usefulness. I would not purchase MSI computers and I would not recommend them for IT support.

Then, a guy from car audio appears like a wandering side quest character: "Y'all need help?" We say yes, thinking our saga is over. "I'll get someone over here in a minute." Spoiler alert: He did not. Another 10 minutes pass. We finally ask for a manager, who--shockingly--solves the mystery of "Who Holds the Sacred Key to the Headphones Case?" First open sign was on but door locked, soon as I pulled the locked door the young man came out and unlocked the door along with a lady who was behind me, the young man looked at the phone and told me if I knew the age of the phone and said it was five years old. The store phone was ringing off the hook and the associate was not thrilled at all. The lady behind me said you need more help or someone to answer the phone, he replied "the boss is a cheap ass" that put à damper on things, then he told me there was nothing to do and to buy a new phone as it's cheaper than the replacement. 150 for the repair is cheaper than a 500 dollar new phone, Yeah.. time to leave... The last time I was in that location for a broken screen there was no issue the older gentleman who was there was great friendly and very helpful and taken the time to replaced the screen. After returned home I searched Google there was a work around the power button and I got the phone to reboot. The strange part it work around was posted by ifix posts. Lesson learned, don't go on the weekend. Cheers ** Update for 5/9/26** Went to west Fayetteville location to have CPU swap on phone, gentleman working was great, he knows his craft and very dedicated and loyal employee. I understand why the gentleman at the Skibo location was upset mostly due to mismanagement by the owner of the Cumberland county location's and not knowing if their locations will close due to mismanagement. The gentleman repaired my phone in 30 mins and there was no missing information or problems with any part of my phone. The handful of employees left working these locations are very dedicated to their craft and to the brand. Management a different story. Good luck moving forward to these employees! Cheers!
