DO NOT GO HERE!! ZERO STARS! My grandson's phone screen was dark so I took it here to see if it could be repaired. The manager said he would need to run a diagnostic which I paid for. He ran the diagnostic, but couldn't find an issue. As I was leaving the store, I cut on the phone and noticed the phone was now damaged with lines going down the screen. I turned to inform the manager who told me "That can happen when doing the diagnostic. It's stated on the waiver you signed." I told him I didn't sign a waiver, but a receipt. He then showed it listed in the fine print of the receipt. I'm livid. He was so dismissive and admitted that he didn't tell me that could happen. If so, I wouldn't have agreed to the diagnostic. Now, my grandson can't even use the phone and I have to replace it entirely. I'm so angry. Do not go here! I wish that I had seen these reviews prior to going. read more

I went to get my phone repaired today and it started changing colors and not functioning properly! I went speak to a manager and he yelled at me and my child and stated this was normal and that if it happens again then he would switched it out! I asked could I keep my original part he stated it would be $30! I asked was that in this contract I signed he said no and I said well how does customer know this if it's not in the contract he mention that no ever asked about the original part and this just how it goes. I asked for his manager he said no I could not have his information and called security on me and my child! He was an total jerk!!! Please DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! I brought my phone to this location to repair my broken iPhone 7 screen on March 16. While they did repair my screen, Alex, the technician, broke my home button, and when I pressed him as to what happened, he said "well, sometimes things break." He refused to take responsibility for what he did, and charged me for the privilege. Even his co-worker agreed it was a problem and tried to pay for the balance on my behalf. After waiving the service contract in my face Alex refused to allow his co-worker to take responsibility for his mistakes and wouldn't take responsibility himself. Long story short, DON'T BRING YOUR PHONE TO THIS LOCATION, they'll break your phone and charge you for it. PS-Now, the next day, my phone got extremely hot when charging, I left it overnight unplugged so as to not start a fire, and now the phone won't turn on. Clearly they shorted a pin in the phone and broke my phone making it useless. An $80 screen repair has become a complete replacement of my phone. THIS SHOP IS NOT WORTH IT. read more

Took my phone here with a broken digitizer and after they replaced the digitizer on my phone, the technician said that the gpu was damaged and there was nothing he could do...After feeling that I had been ripped off, I took the phone to another shop that happened to be a "certified" Samsung repair shop and was told that xcell wireless replaced my broken digitizer with a cheap non-Samsung digitizer...In the end, the Samsung certified shop ran a full diagnostic and tested my phone with a Samsung digitizer and needless to say the phone works perfectly....Xcell wireless would not refund my money. DO NOT use this company for phone repairs, they use very shotty business practices and phone parts. read more

Do not shop here. The manager is completely rude. He thinks the store is his house and blares music with horrid language while I was shopping with my children. I asked twice if he could turn it down/change it and was told "You don't have to wait in here, ma'am" while I waited to get my phone fixed. After asking the second time and asking the kid working in there what the guy's name was he said "Uhhh...I can't give you that information." I said "Who is the manager?" Rude guy said "I am and I don't have to change the music just because you don't like it." Took my phone there for them to repair the csmera lens on my Galaxy Note 9. They told me there store policy is that they also have access to open your phone. In other words they wanted me to give them my pin ot password in which they had no need to acess anything on my phone especially if I'm sitting there while you repair my phone. This sounded fishy so I contacted Lifeproof and they said they have never heard of Red Pepper and are not related to them. Specifically Dante the manager ordered the wrong screen for my phone. After I had showed him my phone and he held it in his hand and looked at it. He proceeded to tell me the new quote was going to be over 100 dollars more for the repair than we originally agreed on. Then proceeded to follow up with me the next day with a poor attitude implying if I'm "going to pick my phone up or what? I can give you your deposit back and you can be on your merry way" great way of doing business lol. This guy is a joke. I did talk to another employee that worked there that was professional. Went to have a power button replaced for my phone. 10 dollar labor plus 7 for part plus tax. Part would need to be ordered. Come back in 5 days. 5 days and come back tomorrow. Next day, no record of part being ordered. Showed my receipt and they would need to call the manager. Waited an hour. No contact. The manager of a cell phone store can't be reached by phone at 5 in the afternoon!?! Three more days, part came in. Will never use them again. read more
