Very disappointed with xfinity. i have been a customer since 2007 and am recognized as a Diamond member. i have been complaining that my internet bill ( I cut the phone and cable tv as prices went skyhigh) keeps going up every where. I found an offer on my account, $85 for 2 GB of internet speed. Of course it was too good to be true. After clicking on the offer and getting to the billing page, it was for $111. I don't need 2GB. i only thought it was cheaper than my current 1000 Mbps service. what a bait and switch read more

Yes, The service is costly. My review is about the service I received from a worker at the Almaden office. We renewed our contract with the help from Julian. He was very patient ,kind, and worked with us to get the best deal for our needs. We asked many questions and put the guy through it. We were never treated better. Julian is the best worker Comcast could have. He did the best he could for us and we walked out as happy as we could be. Congratulations Comcast...you hired a good one. Thank you Julian. A bunch of young guys that would rather stand behind the counter doing nothing but joke inappropriately with each other in front of a customer. The guy I had talked me in circles. This review is most specifically about an employee at this location, Julian, and less focused on the company or its services. I have had TiVos for decades. They are no longer relevant technology in today's world. I had been working with Xfinity for some time to determine a path forward. The app is difficult, the chatbot is difficult and phone calls to customer service are difficult. Eventually, they sent me a new device which wasn't what I wanted. I had to return the device, so I went to this location. I explained my situation and Julian was very polite and understanding and offered many different hardware options as we discussed what I was looking for. He discussed with colleagues and called support to help address my needs. Ultimately, the technology which I prefer is no longer supported, but he was very supportive as we reached this conclusion. The manager there is way to young and unprofessional only like 20 years old has no clue about customer service or how to treat people and manager was staring lots of problems one of the workers even put there hand on me Xfinity if this is how your want to run your business and have these kind of people work for you if that's not how you run things please reach out to me and workers threating customers aggressively verbally and physically. The one guy in this mom and pop shop(not a corporate office)-- woooow bro, you got issues. Anyone tell you the job is about problem solving and customer service? I started with something simple-- remove HBO from my subscription and bro is straight insulting me and talking about how hard it would be to accomplish this. So I said: ok cancel it all. Cancel all cable and TV subscription. Bro tried to send me a text to cancel- it didn't load on my phone. Asked if there was any other way to approve the change: printer? email? Could I use their wifi to try again? He said no other way- which is just not true. I suggested he ask his teammates. Angry bro said "They would say the same thing," and refused to do anything furtherand just sat there staring-literally. So I sat there working on my computer at his desk and staring at him until another worker came over and actually helped me. The people in the store are nice, but they don't take care of business. I've been trying to close my accounts for two months. They say it's all closed, but then I get another bill out of the blue! I've been in the store 3 or 4 times since July. I've been charged for services during periods after I told them to cancel and the company refuses to reverse the charges! Customers should never be treated this way! They should be able to say cancel everything and it should be done! So frustrated with Xfinity! I would not recommend them to anyone. And if you don't heed this advice, definitely DO NOT put your credit card on the account! They will just keep charging you and you can't remove your credit card from the account! read more

The gentleman (African American) was not helpful at all went to ask for help and his response was I can't do anything at my end you would need to logging to your account and do it yourself or call the number. He's works in customer service his response should have been. This is what I can do for you Sir we can log in to your account on this desktop and I can help you with your request. Update from my previous review. So the gentleman with the glass and curly hair his name is Eric who was very unhelpful but the store manager I believe his name was Dom was amazing! He made sure I got the help I needed and even pulled his employee aside to have a talk with him. Honestly that kid should be fired because he was talking about me as I was walking out the store the day his manager had spoke with him which is fine because he has zero work ethic anyways so he'll probably be fired a lot just like he was fired from my moms job at Home Depot but that's societies problem not mine. This store would've got 5 stars but the facts he thought it was ok to talk about me to another worker as I'm right there is off the wall lol. So when I heard him say she was here yesterday I said I sure was here yesterday and walked out but this happened towards the end of my visit anyways and my phone was set up so in the end I still was helped and given the best service that's to Dom and Ashley I believe her name was.
