There are so many bad things to say about Dish TV. Local ABC channel KGO would cut out every day. I…read morewas told by Dish that it was KGO's fault. No credit. No resolution. Every few months I would get a very high bill and call them to ask why. I'd be told one or other promotion had ended and I had to pay the new amount. If I didn't want to pay that amount the following month, I needed to commit to them for another year, or two. Depended on how they felt that day I guess. I finally got fed up after 9 years and cancelled. They are now trying to bill me for days after I asked to cancel, plus the cost of a box to return their equipment. Of course I am stuck with the dish on my house. They won't take it. Avoid.

The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking.
