My modem wasn't set up appropriately so he took the time to figure out the issue. If you are a new customer you can enjoy high-speed internet for $50 a month along with a modem/router at no additional expense. However, if you are an existing customer your loyalty is repaid by being charged twice as much without the benefit of a modem/router. If you want that it is extra. Employees are really no help and are little more than bots. They do enjoy talking about customers behind their backs however. Nothing good to say about Xfinity or this store. read more

If I could give a minus 20 stars I would. I received my new bill last week from Comcast and saw that it had increased. I realized that my 2 year contract was up. First I logged onto my account and did a chat with a rep to see about obtaining a new contract with a lower bill. So this person whom I was chatting with could only offer me a bill that higher than the previous contact, but lower some from the bill with no contract. So I was instructed to call Comcast and ask for different dept that had other options. So why when I called was I told that now the bill would be a little higher than the plan that was previously. Now I don't know about anyone else, but I already feel that Comcast is way to high period, so why do you think I want to pay more. So I was then contacted by several reps via FB since I posted my disgust of this entire situation. Went around, and around for 2 days, and Comcast would rather see a long time customer, who has always paid the bill on time than do some kind of compromise to keep me. read more

Introductory plan ended without notice. Switched to same more expensive services. Tv service was up n down with numerous customer service calls. Sent to WG location. Told we'd receive a $20 credit. No credit issued. Continued service issues. Emailed rep @ store no response. CS argumentative. If possible stay away. Can't wait for another choice read more

They admittedly tracked our top programs. Removed them and told us if we would like them back it would be a fee for a new package and fees for upgrading equipment to support the new package. After looking at the total we decided to go back to our old package and we were told that's no longer available as of today. In frustration we decided to cancel the service all together at the end of the month. They canceled it 2 weeks early and told us they would be unable to turn it back on until the next business day. We were receiving bills for the tune of $220 a month I guess that was not enough.they are the same greedy thieving company they were when they called themselves Comcast. Disgraceful read more

I wish I could give zero stars. A monopoly that gouges its customers. Too expensive for cable tv. Every year or so we get a rate hike, and the bill is now $200+/month for basic HD cable and internet. We watch only 10-15 channels but have to pay for 1000+ channels, including all the music, non-HD, and hispanic channels. The email they offer is overblown, slow, and feature-poor. Use Gmail instead. Even Yahoo is better. read more

I have had nothing but great experiences stopping in at the Xfinity shop. Every now and then i've had some technical problems with comcast equipment that resulted in needing to exchange the equipment for and updated TV DVR or Modem. The staff is always friendly, the wait times are short and they always seem to have replacement devices on hand. Last time i exchanged my Modem for an updated one, it literally took about 5 minutes. On one occasion the sales person even changed my plan to better plan which saved me a bit of money and gave me more channels than i previously had. I've been very happy with Comcast and the Xfinity shop. read more

Outcast Xfinity monopoly that has zero regard for its customers. They illegally billed my business for services for over 5 years. When confronted and held accountable they took months to admit that they had billed my business incorrectly. They owe me over 10,000.00 dollars. Brought box back to Comcast today and Antwain helped me. I give him an A+ for his ability to give detailed explanations to all my questions concerning fees and services. I had asked about the broadcast & sports fees and lack of good current movies on HBO. He explained who was responsible for these decisions and who to contact if I am not satisfied. I found out senior citizens in Philadelphia get a 10% discount off fees and I can call my township and ask them to provide this. It turns out the township phone number is on the bill. It's also a beautiful store. read more

Too expensive and the price keeps going up and the channels keep going away to a higher package price. XFINITY Store by Comcast - Willow Grove, PA First, the store is incredibly nice. It is modern, clean, and effective. The new Comcast (XFINITY) stores work almost like your local Apple Store. I've had Comcast for almost fifteen years and used to go to the old store on Old York Road near the Enterprise. Upon walking through the doors, I was immediately greeted by a young woman at the check-in desk with a smile and warm welcome. She put my name into the computer and I was taken within ten minutes. Tay was the representative who served me, and he was kind and professional. Recently, I was one of the few people to still have the older non-X1 Comcast cable. My monthly payment was high for my taste, with the Digital Preferred Triple Play (with Digital Preferred TV, 75Mbps internet, and Unlimited Select home phone). My monthly charge was about $222.00. I was tired of the old Comcast and wanted to upgrade to the X1 but was reluctant until now because I was told it would cost more. I informed Tay that I wanted to upgrade to the X1 but not break the bank, preferably keeping something close to the package I already had. He said, "I can do you one better." He upgraded my existing package to a comparable X1 package except now, I have all of the channels, faster internet @ 150Mbps, and the same home phone service locked in for $199.00/mo. I couldn't be happier. He gave me a red XFINITY canvas bag with my one X1 DVR main box, two additional boxes, three X1 voice remotes, and three HDMI cables. He also set it up so that the new boxes were already registered in my account and would initiate once I installed them at home. It worked perfectly, and installation of the three new boxes was easy (three connections total: Coaxial, power, and HDMI), and took less than forty minutes. I had to restart my XFINITY Voice/Data gateway and additional modem/router combo to refresh the signal and receive the new upgraded speed. There's a one month window to return all the old equipment. Great experience overall, and this store/advisor definitely received A+'s in my book. read more

I returned 3 boxes to this location. The clerk looked at my account and said it showed there were 4 boxes. I said I only had 3 boxes....she told me I needed to call Comcast. I asked her why would I call Comcast , I'm in a Comcast location....she brought another employee over (supervisor or manger maybe, it wasn't clear). He shrugged his shoulders and said "just take off the 4th box ". So hopefully I don't get some random bill for a 4th box. I was pleased with the outcome just confused as to why I would need to "call Comcast" if I'm at their store. read more
