They have this air tight contact that is 3 years and hard to get out of. I'm going to start recording all my malfunctions and pray I can get an attorney to get me out this contact. One phone was supposedly "delivered". Unfortunately, when we went to open the box from Verizon it was apparent, from the bottom of the ripped box, that the phone had been stolen. I tried reporting the stolen phone to Verizon Customer Service that same day & to no avail after one hour of being passed around from one department to another & from one customer service person to another, I did not have any success in getting the problem resolved. Therefore, I decided to go to the Salem store where phones were ordered for their assistance in handling the stolen phone. Mike at the store was a huge help! He made numerous phone calls & spoke w/many departments - after 3 hours the stolen phone was finally documented. Mike was not happy w/the Verizon customer service but he was persistent & determined to help me. After numerous follow up calls on my part, I am happy to say after a month from the "delivery" of the stolen phone, I finally received my new phone. Sam at this location was very helpful in setting up my new phone & was willing to help me w/any questions I had (I am not very tech savvy so had many questions). I also would like to say Cory who helped us order the four phones in early December 2022 was very nice & helpful too. It is nice knowing if you are not getting anywhere on the Verizon Customer Service phone line you are able to get good, face to face, customer service at this Salem location from Mike, Sam & Cory!

When we bought our house, we noticed their sticker was already on our electric box, so naturally, we called them to come out and fix the problems we were having. They confirmed they did indeed install our electric in the home. The entire house had issues--lights flickering in different rooms, power cutting out if too much was running at the same time, and overall shortages throughout the home. When their techs came out, they didn't know how to fix any of the issues. They wasted our time, left us with no solutions, and then still sent us a bill for almost $300. A year later, we received a collection notice for that bill--even though they never actually fixed anything in our home. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they were dismissive and disrespectful. For a company whose name was already on the box when we moved in, this was beyond frustrating and unprofessional Bottom line: They charged us for nothing, gave us zero solutions, and treated us poorly in the process.
