    UPDATE!!! After being with four people on the phone from T-Mobile. I found out I was fraudulently…read morecharged for a brand new phone even though it was a claim replacement. I was there September 24 and there's no record of me being at that store. The man that waited on me took my phone claiming he was doing a claim replacement for me and charge me for a brand new phone. Do not trust the store. First of all, never ever go to a T-Mobile store in a mall as I found out they're only third-party Franchise type store. They are not a true T-Mobile store. That's where my first horrible experience was, and I found out they screwed me royally. Fast forward to a few days ago and I have to file a claim on my grandsons phone ( I have insurance on both of our phones). So we go to the store at 700 Boardman Poland Rd in Boardman Ohio On September 24. I have to say the gentleman that waited on us that day was very nice. However, he said I had to charge a little over $600 to get this new phone For my claim . So I had to use my credit card for that. He said once I got my new phone I would get credited back. My grandson said he told me that the guy said I have to send the old phone back which I was confused about. The new phone arrived yesterday so I went back to the store today, September 26 to have the old information and the SIM card put into the new phone. My grandson was not with me so I put him on speaker phone to give me his passwords . They were no working no matter how many times we tried And I feel like at this point the man waiting on me was getting annoyed. Finally the new phone is working and I can leave . After I left i realized he never said anything about new insurance nor did he offer a screen cover / phone case for the new phone. So I had to call customer service who told me they didn't even file a claim for the new phone. They didn't do a lot of things right. Soooo now I have to go back in the store and i honestly don't have the time for. Tomorrow morning I'll go in and hopefully they fix it.

    my business partner and I went in this store looking for internet for our store. we were told we…read moregot the best they offered. upon setup we realized the internet didn't work for our cameras even tho we made sure with Trevor the manager this would be sufficient for us. I called and called the store multiple times as did my business partner with no answer. finally after a few weeks Trevor returned our call and said he would give us better internet and if that didn't work he would refund everything. you guessed it, it didn't work so again we called and called and called with no answer. mind you this is his personal number and the store. I finally went in and they told me they had no idea who I was and that I would need to speak with Trevor who was not there because he was conveniently out traveling. They're now trying to charge me for a service that never worked.

    My husband & I purchased 2 new Google Pixel phones in Jan. The Promo was "free" however I am still…read moretrying to get the one phone credited on my account. They have been charging me for one of the phones for the last 4 months and it is suppose to be free. I have been calling Customer Service, which is no help, cannot speak English and I even went in-person to the store where we purchased the phones and was told this will be resolved but still is not. And I was also told that since I purchased the phones in Jan that there is a new plan that came out...Imagine that... I doubt it. The Rep was not making sense and was talking in circles. My bill still shows a charge for the phone. And you cannot call the store directly...
