Just stopped into Xhale City. This is the only vape shop I have gone to for the past 4 years because of the great customer service and deals. I make a purchase there at least twice every week if not more. I had stopped by to get juice, coils, and exchange a juice that I was told I could do if I didn't like it because I shop there so much. I was told the old manager was fired over 2 months ago and basically called a liar when I explained I was told that I would be able to exchange it. That was false information given to me by (I'm guessing the new manager) because I saw the old girl less than two weeks ago which I told her and she said nothing. She than said after a long pause "We'll that lady ain't here, she's 30 miles from here so you can go get it from her 'cause I ain't doing it here." Very unprofessional communication. She was also laying and sitting on the ground "reorganizing" as she had this "conversation" with us. I was at the register still ready to buy the rest of my stuff, but she kept throwing unnecessarily rude comments in as I stood there in confusion so I put my stuff down and said I'm not buying there. That is the last time I will be coming to Xhale City and I have a ton of friends who go there that I will let know not to go anymore. I'm a major social media and music platform artist as well so this is sad. Very, very, very poor management now. Sad to see an amazing shop go down so bad. We were also not ID'd. So I will be taking that information further as well. read more

I always suggest this shop over any shop in our area because of how informed they all are on their products. They're very welcoming and always have great prices and good attitudes. This place is great! My bf and I used to shop here back when it was a different smoke shop. This one is much better. I can't remember the name of the employee who helped us but he had a triangle tattoo on his arm. He was awesome. Very knowledgeable, and he had actually used many products in the store so he was able to make recommendations. We asked about water pipes, vape stuff, CBD products, hookah products & the tobacco wrap wall and he knew tons of stuff about every category. It was very refreshing to go to a smoke shop where the employees know so much and are so willing to help. We didn't even have to ask for help & we didn't ask questions that were too detailed because we didn't want to overwhelm him, but he still loaded us up with info. Xhale City needs to keep him around, I could even see him being a manager one day. We got a great water pipe, a slide for it, wraps, & a full box of vape coils for barely over $100. We will definitely be coming back. The quality of the products here is amazing. Very few Chinese garbage pieces. Most smoke shops usually have a ton of one type of item and then barely anything else of another category, like tons of glass but barely any vape juice. Not this store. They have a full wall of glass, about half a wall of vape stuff, a whole case of cbd, a whole case of hookah products, and some random things like backpacks and incense. This is our new favorite shop. They made the previous shop look like a Little Tykes version. We were torn between three water pipes and he didn't try to just sell us the most expensive one. He truly broke down the pros and cons of each and was patient with my 500 questions. He even asked what we normally use & what we're looking for instead of just recommending what he would want for himself. I have never bought a big glass piece in a store because i have a hard time making decisions and I don't want to annoy the employees, but he had plenty of energy to explain things to me despite it being 10pm. I can't wait to come back here when we have more money to spend! read more

Great selection of kratom shots and smoking accessories; but here's the catch, they used to friendly and knowledgeable staff that knew the products in and out, but the new people they hired are disrespectful asf and incredibly antisocial, almost like you're a bother to them despite them WORKING IN RETAIL. Last night I went out to get a kratom shot, now I get they were about to close, but called them 5 minutes before close and told them I was exactly 5 minutes out. They said they they had the MIT45 shot that I wanted and they would close at midnight, he also hung up on me mid sentence while I was still talking on the phone. I assuming he locked it the door after I hung up (which would have been before midnight) so I got there(right at midnight) and this dude was watching me through the glass pull up get out and walk over. He waited until I tugged on the door to say something with even with notice I gave him. Like I get they were closed but the store attendants behavior was highly disrespectful, and he generally acts like my business any time I shop there and he's working, I wonder if he treats everyone else like this. I'm a regular and I felt alienated as hell, I hope their corporate sector/ business owner can reach out to me so this situation can be rectified because I'd really hate to take my business elsewhere. read more

So I went to this smoke shop because a friend recommended it to me. I may have to end that friendship. My shopping experience at this smoke shop was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. First, everything was over priced compared to any other smoke shop I've been to. Then, when I asked the employee for help, they showed me nothing but attitude. It was clear the employee did not want to be there and their repulsive behavior did not help. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Really nice shop, I've visited multiple times and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Today I came in and there were already 2-3 people waiting and one guy working, he gave me great service by recognizing I was there and going above and beyond to check the back for e juice that wasn't on the shelf.. shout out to Caleb if the names on the receipts are accurate! read more
