I went to use my debit credit card to make a purchase and I wanted to use the credit side of the…read morecard. The management told me that their machines were unable to allow customers to use the debit side and that I can only use credit so I said OK and pay that way. The next time I went to the store I wanted to test out that theory because it didn't make sense so I asked another clerk to ring me up on my credit side and it went through. So I knew then that the Manager before had lied to me for whatever reason but I took my purchase and left. The third time I went back to the store and I saw that same manager who lied to me before and I asked him to ring me up on the Credit side and he told me once again that he had the inability to do it. So I told him about the last time I was there and that the clerk did do it and he told me that the clerk was not supposed to because customers have been come in there and ripping them off so they restrict people from using their credit side of their debit cards. He rudely told me to pull out a regular credit card if I wanted to make a purchase and that he did not care about anything I was saying and that I was holding up his line!! His tone of voice and lack of respect in addressing me was so unacceptable that frankly I will never go there again and I suggest you don't either take care!

I returned Saturday, January 27th, to swap the device out for what I ordered. The salesman said no because it was used, despite the salesman grabbing and selling me the wrong device on the 25th. The clerk on January 27th said it was my fault, not the person who sold me the wrong device by accident. The owner responded to Google and claimed that it had been over a week when it had only been 48 hours. This company is horrible and is a thief. I just wanted what I paid for, that's all. I kindly opened back touched food and stated "Madame I've change my mind" and left said item on counter!
