As we were handling delays from our designer and traveling, James kept in contact with us to make it work. We got the file to Spectrum at 2:11pm on Friday and the materials were delivered to our hotel by 7:20pm (15 minutes after we arrived ourselves). We let James pick the weight and binding and the materials came out perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He was very helpful and showed me what they were capable of doing and gave me a quote on the spot. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush me to order. Especially with the military it takes time to get things approved for purchase. Once I had the order paid for he sent my idea to his Artwork guy Bryan and the proof came back to me in about 2 hours. He knocked it out of the park. It was better than we could have hoped for. Once we had it finalized James emailed me and asked if I wanted to come by and review the final product before printing all 500. Once there it was perfect and printed them on the spot to save me a trip back. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they might help you or you business out with. We have already started a second order with them and will have them make the 2020 Suicide Prevention Car Show poster! Thanks again James!

Fedex rerouted the package and it was not delivered next day (which caused chaos for us because the item did not arrive as promised). Fedex is refusing to refund our money, blaming this establishment. This establishment is blaming Fedex and we are left with no resolution. This establishment didn't even refund the fee they charged either (something else to keep in mind). I believe Fedex is purposely giving us the runaround to waste time so that the claim window expires. This establishment manager informed me that other customers are experiencing this same issue. Save yourself this nightmare and DO NOT ship ANYTHING via Fedex. I hope this establishment reads this review and ceases business with them. If they continue business with Fedex, they need to explain to customers that Fedex is not reliable. Establishments that knowingly utilize an unreliable service should hold a level of accountability at some point. I guess I will never receive my refund and that is unacceptable on EVERY level. Since we understood that there usually was no way to get a refund for such services. We accepted it as a paid lecture. However what shocked us was that company RAPTOR kept asking us for payments without feeling ANY shame- and we of c ourse ignored their unreasonable payment requests. Funniest part has now come in June 2016 that they hired a law firm to writte us a letter, aiming in settling the "dispute"!! Please see the attached. They claimed that we owed them another 2 months' service fee of $784 and they claimed that we were in an agreement (we actually never even signed anything but made an online payment)! And they claimed that otherwise they would take us to court and have us paid all the legal fees and costs.
