The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(

They acknowledged that I didn't receive it and said that they could deliver it on Monday however, as I mentioned it was delivered at my place of work, we are closed for business on Monday due to it being Presidents' Day. I suggested you could deliver it on Monday, to my home could I just live in Chowchilla you're located in Madera, California, which is like 20 minutes from Chowchilla, let's just say you didn't and prefer preferred to give him a refund for the missing Bear, due to your negligence and mistake by not delivering it withe the bouquet. After leaving messages/emails at 3 local florists in the Turlock area, Bloom returned my request. As you can see, the arrangement is beautiful. The price was fair,response was fairly quick & delivered within a day and a half. Florists in my area are struggling as weddings, events, etc. aren't happening. I was so pleased Bloom came to the rescue. Pandemic & all, service and product were just wonderful.
