Constantly wanted to know my net worth! asking endless question on who employees me? how much do I make ? entertaining this phone call was brutal to say the least lets keep in mind I was trying to open a small account and trade futures then turns into an a major I don't know what? Even the information provided changed at times. Some times we'd get a phone call, sometimes no call back. I have had to call and leave messages and hound them to respond. And each time it was as if they were doing me a favor, that is until the bill arrived. Mistakes such as entering in the wrong routing number for electronic payment and then I end up with a threatening IRS note with a penalty, only to now have to pay the firm to unwind their own screw up. Fittingly they actually dropped my wife and I as clients. Stating they just couldn't handle the amount of business they had. Blessing in disguise for sure! Good riddance.
