It was already 8pm, and we had no idea if it was left at home (45 minutes away) or lost during steaming earlier that week. The shop was closed and also closed on my wedding day. Panic doesn't even begin to cover it. We were on our way to David's Bridal before closing when my sister reached out to Brandy, who owns a boutique about 20 minutes from the venue. Brandy didn't hesitate--she said she'd meet us at the store in 30 minutes, after hours. She calmly looked at my dress, pulled several veil options that were perfect, and when we went to purchase one, she stopped us and said to just return it after the wedding and not worry about it while on our honeymoon. She didn't charge us anything--not even a rental fee. My mom and I burst into tears. In one of the most stressful moments of my life, Brandy showed overwhelming kindness, generosity, and compassion. She truly saved the night and reminded us how much genuine care still exists in this world. I will never forget what she did for me.

They took their time showing my daughter different options and expertly clamping them in the back to show her how they would look in her size. We ended up buying three dresses, yes, three! Her ceremony dress will be ordered and their ordering window is less than all of the other salons we went to. The other dresses were her size and off the rack for other events. Brandi, the owner, worked with us to find exactly what my daughter wanted, and to make her smile bigger than I've ever seen. It was magical! Brandi will work with you to stay within your budget. I have them in hand and nobody bothered with me the entire time I was there. I even sat down right in front of the reception area for almost 5 minutes and yet nobody bothered to acknowledge me. Also y'all might wanna tone down the Bulgari air freshener. It's a little overwhelming. I myself have worn that combination of perfumes for a couple of years now and I know when it's overwhelming, and I swear my sinuses are still dripping from it.
