They handed me the screwdriver... and that was about the extent of the technical support. I kind of expected at least a small "need a hand with that?" but it never floated across the counter. A few days later I returned the part and ended up going somewhere else. I will say the young lady working there was an absolute delight and did what she could to help. The other two guys were busy joking and laughing, which honestly was pretty entertaining, but helping me didn't seem to make the to-do list that day. My wife complained, workmen complained, the garbage truck driver complained... I'm certain the dog wasn't happy. They came out and treated with pre-emergent, and I'm honestly shocked at the difference. The burrs are gone. Not "better", gone.
