Pros: - PM Jonathan was very communicative and easy to work with - Final work quality was overall good with no major functional issues - Speed to start and finish the project was very fast - Ease of working through Executive Improvements via Home Depot Cons: - Design process was arduous, requiring two very lengthy screenshare phone calls that I would've preferred be more turnkey or asynchronous - Lots of points of contact involved from the initial estimator, to the designer, to the PM, to the day-to-day crew chief - On the ground team did not speak English and was difficult to communicate preferences to without going through the PM - Minor flaws with fixtures were not noticed by the onsite crew and required followup; even upon replacement the materials from the supplier were not totally free of deficiencies, which is more of a supplier issue but still somewhat frustrating - Cost was competitive but seemed like more efficiencies in cost could be found; for example, there were several days where one of the crew members spent most of the day on his cell phone sitting in the corner of the room, and there were also a lot of leftover materials - Team did not put up dust protection, which led to a LOT of construction dust throughout my home - Team could have done a better job with cleaning up debris and dust from my garage and driveway

My dad suffered a massive stroke in Oct. and spent 3 weeks in rehab. We needed to find a company who could give my dad an accessible living area on the bottom floor of his 2 story house. Ryan and his crew turned a SMALL I mean tiny bathroom (the door was only 22 inch wide!) into a bathroom that not only looks bigger but somehow has more space, and looks like it should be in a magazine! They had creative ideas of how to make it work for my dad. My mom wanted CHEAP. (I wanted safe). EI delivered on all aspects. Well, they weren't cheap- it was a big job. BUT they totally worked with my mom and stayed in the budget she needed. My dad's bathroom is amazing. The attention to detail in the tile work was nothing short of stellar! The paint job in the bedroom and bathroom also meticulous and flawless. The guys from EI did a bunch of other odd jobs around the house for my mom including installing stair rails, replacing faucets and mounting tvs. They were so great to work with!
