I canceled on the communicated deadline and requested the promised $6,700 refund, but IK claimed the trial had ended two days earlier using a different, previously undisclosed start date. I ultimately had to pursue a lengthy credit-card dispute, which was resolved in my favor. I have also seen similar public complaints about difficulties obtaining refunds from IK. Based on my experience, keep every refund/trial promise in writing and be very cautious about relying on assurances from this business.

They emphasize following their process without explanation, just that it's the required next step. I initially followed as required, but then it just felt like they were not listening to my questions for clarity, just reiterating their steps. It just felt like they didn't give me credibility, just discomfort. :(

We sought them with some incomplete developments from the previous vendor and they were very detailed from the start in terms of providing hardware options both for offsite setup as well as cloud setup. The solutions were also very competitive. Wish we went with them before and saved time, effort and money. We had two parallel custom development projects and they were great on both estimating and timely delivery. We mentioned that we cannot have a bigger team with Project Mgr , Analyst, Architect, Lead and multiple developers , so they had a tailored solution with just 2-3 resources with full/part-time options to work on the project. They had clear Implementation documents, work flow, Project Plan and prompt on deliveries. They also gave us multiple cloud vendor options for us to compare. They didn't charge us much for the mobile implementation. All in all glad we picked them.
