The product allows the user to create a macros type app to pull data from and import back into CRM without doing a Dynamics CRM upload. Our Rep, Jerret Kasper, and Subject Matter Expert, Pranav Shah, were extremely helpful and worked so diligently with me through every bug and error so we could get the most out of the software client. Unfortunately, at the end of our test period X-Author did not have all of the capabilities our VP of Sales and myself needed to make it work.
