My daughter had recently purchased some Herbalife products, and had some questions about one of the products, and so she asked Elisa the owner of the shop and an "Herbalife consultant" about how to use the product. The response that Elisa fired back was unprofessional, rude and not the kind of response that I would have expected from a true Herbalife consultant!! Elisa's response was I can't answer your question because you didn't purchase the product from me! Go back to the person that purchased the product from and ask that person! She didn't stop there she continued on with and attitude stating that asking her that question is like asking a mechanic to look at your broken car for free, and asking her that question is wasting her time!!! My daughter and I left there with our mouths dropped in disbelief of what had just taken place!! Herbalife is a big organization and I I was her hire up I would not want her representing my team or the Herbalife organization at all!!! Elisa you sell Herbalife products in your shop and like or not you are a representative of that organization, and it shouldn't matter where the product was purchased or who it was purchased from, as representative you should be ready and willing to answer any questions someone may have about the Herbalife product!! So I have not come back to your shop, and I will not be back to your shop because what I took away from that experience is that we were not wasting your time when I went in your shop and purchased your shakes however, once we had a question about the Herbalife product we were wasting your time!! Your unprofessional, rude attitude has lost you a loyal customer who truly enjoyed your shakes!!!
