When they introduced the new ones, we were here about once a week during that summer. My usual order is açaí and cacao base with goji berries, cacao nibs, blueberries, strawberries, and a pinch of Himalayan salt. It's refreshing and not overly sweet. It's also very affordable. The quality and service have been consistent over the years. This location is clean and now has a kiosk to accommodate the flow of customers. Updated review: Since my last experience here with mobile ordering I can say it has been a great experience now. Everytime I come to pick up a mobile order they kindly ask for my name and they have it ready for it in the cooler. Juices and smoothies are my go to but their acaii bowls are also good. Staff is friendly and the inside is well kept. The parking can be tricky since the plaza has a lot of other popular restaurants so keep that in mind. AHH the OG Juice n' Bowls location that my wife and I would visit many many times over the years! I'm surprised I've never written a review for them. This location is nice and the staff here always takes good care of their customers. The location has outdoor seats, some tables inside and countertop seats. They now have a kiosk to order as an option, but you can still order with one of the cashiers too. I've always been a fan of Juice n' Bowls for many years and use the app occasionally. I love the açaí base selections and all the toppings you can add. The pricing is reasonable and I feel like its size and price are very much worth it. My favorite bases are the traditional Açaí, Blue Majik, Cacao, and Ube. My wife and I will continues to support Juice n' Bowls as we are spoiled to be near most of their other locations. Came on a blazing hot Saturday around 11am and wow, was it busy! I placed an order of 3 build your own açaí bowls on the tablet inside. It was ready in 15ish minutes. Lots of people waiting inside perhaps for online orders. I would definitely order online ahead next time! There are a few tables inside and some stools with a couple tables outside. I am having a very difficult time staying away from here, I have been coming almost daily for the past couple weeks for their bowls. For the price you get a solid sized portion. The reason I keep coming here specifically is because they have a ton of options for bases/toppings and they give you unlimited at no extra $. I wasn't a big fan of Acai before, until I found this place and was able to experiment with their abundance of ingredients and dial it in. Staff is so polite, fast, and consistent. I like this location only for its convenience & quality of bowls. My boyfriend & I always come here Sundays and have established a little Juice n' Bowls routine. The only issue I have with this location is the lack of urgency from the workers & attentiveness. I like to place mobile orders, so that when we get to the location the order is ready. On the app it gives a 10 minute approximate wait time, so we give them a considerable amount of extra time to finish completing the bowls. Now when we walk in, there is an area to go pick up the mobile order. There is a sign posted there that says if employees look busy, to go to the front register; today there was only one customer and didn't look too busy so we waited in front of the handoff station. I was avidly attempting to make eye contact with any employee there, but both didn't seem to look up. When I attempted to go to the front register, there was no one there and the other employees were washing dishes. At this point I was getting a bit frustrated; I know how it is to work in the food service industry so I try to be patient and considerate. My boyfriend attempts to get their attention finally does so and we get our order. Long story short, I feel like they need better measures to be attentive to customers who place mobiles or need assistance at the handoff plane. I have decided to continue patronizing this location for the sheer fact that the owner cared enough to reach back and make it right. I have some additional insight that I've forgotten to mention before. There are three sizes of bowls. If you prefer more toppings I'd say stick with the small or medium bowls. If the base is your favorite and you want more of it with less quantity of toppings, get a large. The ratio of base to toppings is a lot less the larger the size. The process is extremely simple and customer friendly; the bowl was crafted beautifully; and my order tasted refreshing and delish. I arrived at Juice n' Bowls (Garvey Ave) on Saturday (at 8:00am, opening time). The location shares the 85 degree bakery plaza, so there's plenty of private parking. Surprisingly, customers had already lined up. Popular location! Juice n' Bowls' ordering process felt very intuitive and user-friendly. Customers choose to use the self-service kiosk or order with staff at the register. (Quick tip: If you only have cash, order at the register. The kiosk does not take cash orders.) I ordered the Build Your Own Bowls for myself and the family. The process is so simple! Two menus are nearby, and they list all the ingredients. Customers can also mix bases with their unlimited topping order. When selecting the bowl, just read aloud what toppings you want. After paying, staff crafts your dish behind the counter as you wait. The staff member (Arianna) was friendly and welcoming. Honestly, the entire staff (about three members) shined brightly. They all chirped "Hi. Welcome!" whenever new customers entered. And oh my goodness, many customers kept entering. I had ordered three Build Your Own Bowls. I observed how every staff member worked diligently; my order took 10 minutes. For my Build Your Own Bowl, I selected coconut base and blue majik base, chia pudding, overnight oats, granola, strawberries, bananas, mangos, coconut flakes, and honey drizzle. It tasted refreshing, chill, and very fresh. Yum! If I had to nitpick, the chia pudding and blue majik base were a bit too icy. They had a small icy crunch. And as it melted, those small portions became sludgy. However, everything else was very tasty. I especially appreciated the fruit. Fruit tasted very recent and new. The Build Your Own Bowl is very filling! Juice n' Bowls (Garvey Ave) had amazing ambiance. The indoor music had a nice bop and rhythm. The location is very clean and well-maintained. Also, the lighting felt very warm. It's a cozy and welcoming location. In addition, I noticed about a few electrical plug outlets near their three tiny indoor tables. They also had a tall counter and couple tables outside. Overall, Juice n' Bowls (Garvey Ave) sells healthy, refreshing, and fresh products. It's a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. I have come here a couple times for their acai bowls. I usually do the build your own options. I am not sure how healthy it is after I add on all my favorite toppings. I usually add plenty of granola top and bottom layers, peanut butter, Nutella, and a bunch of yummy fruits. They offer it in three sizes. There are 12 oz, 16 oz, and 24 oz. I commonly stick with the 12 oz and that it enough for me. On top of the great acai bowl there are oatmeal bowls, smoothies, juices, and toasts. I was craving for an acai bowl so I checked out Yelp and found this amazing place. They aren't kidding when they said unlimited toppings, and they're pretty generous too! So yes, I chose 17 toppings just to see how it would look like and they truly aren't skimping on the toppings or acai at all. The bowl was overflowing and they used a raised lid. The presentation is pleasing to the eyes too, so you know they take their time to make them. There was a sign for a new menu so I decided to order the frozen hot chocolate smoothie too and it was good and again, it was filled to the brim! The staffs are very friendly and courteous. I didn't know some of the toppings and the sweet lady who was taking our order today was patiently explaining them to me. Later on, I asked for a cup of water from another staff and she quickly prepared it and used the regular cup with a lid. Me and 2 other friends devoured the entire 24oz acai bowl in the store. I must say this is one of the best tasting acai I've tried in LA area, and I've tried at least 5 different places all over LA County. The store is clean and has a relaxed and chill vibe.
