Simple and it's just what I need to rinse off uric acid from my system. Staff are friendly. The shop is clean. The music is hella LOUD. With the machines going off and everything, the staff will likely develop tinnitus-- definitely a work hazard. If management is "listening"--something to consider. Juice n Bowls gets a 3.5/5 from me. It's a solid acai and smoothie bowl place. My friend has been raving about this places for years and I finally got to try. Parking wasn't much of an issue in the lot and there was little to no wait during lunch time. There's an option to order at the counter and a digital kiosk which I liked. The interior was really clean and modern, but smelled strongly of fruits. It was a little too pungent for my taste but nothing intolerable. There's also a big menu on the side of the wall with the pricing and different toppings and suggestions. It's a little cluttered but the handwritten font looked like trader joes and matched the "health aesthetic" of the interior. There's a couple of tables for seating both inside and out which is nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of fruit options they had and large selection of toppings. I got the mango smoothie bowl with Nutella spread, strawberries, mango, bluberries, granola, and chocolate chips. It was a little pricey for $10.50 for a 12 oz cup but the taste was well worth it. The mango smoothies was not too tart and paired nicely with the various fruit toppings. The fruit were also pretty fresh and sweet because they were in seasln. Only topping I didn't like was the chocolate chips, but that's a personal preference and a mistake on my part. Only downside to the bowl was that there was way too much Nutella (2nd photo) and it overpowered the mango smoothie. It did pair nicely with the granola but because I also got chocolate chips, it was way too much chocolate in the bowl. I also wish the Nutella spread was half it's size in the bowl so the whole thing would've balanced better. Overall, I was pretty happy with my lunch and thoroughly enjoyed Juice n Bowls. I'd probably adjust my topping choices and I'm interested in trying the acai bowl next time. read more

I love Juice n' Bowls, but gosh do I hate the parking situation here lol. I always park across the street instead of in the tiny lot. It's worth the extra steps though. I'm giving it a 3 because I came-in during the morning and was not greeted or acknowledged (I know some people don't like to be acknowledged or to talk to people so this may not even be a biggie) There's a tablet where you can order yourself so I ordered myself. Accidentally ordered at this location instead of my usual location on Garvey. Luckily it was just a 10 minute drive away. They kept my açaí bowl in the fridge so it didn't melt since I was obviously late for pick up. The parking lot is extremely small and narrow. Not a lot of spots and not a lot of place to maneuver, especially with a Starbucks drive-thru in the same small building. I much prefer the Garvey location in West Covina for ease of the overall experience. Decently busy on a Sunday morning and they seemed a bit behind. Maybe it was good that I went to the wrong location first because I don't think my order would've been ready on time. Not a lot of tables inside and no tables outside. Two tables of two seats and one longer group table. Better to be taken to go. Açaí bowl was overall solid. I came here because i felt like i was starting to get sick and wanted to defeat it before i got to the point of no return. I ended up buying the green essentials drink and 3 pressed immunity shots. The immunity shots are probably the strongest i have ever taken and any establishment. Whatever works though, right? After consuming the drink and 2 of the shots, i started feeling much better. Sometimes all you need is an açaí bowl. I chose to try juice n' bowls because it was one of the few open after 6. I customized my own bowl and tried the açaí base and the mango base. Personally the mango was too sweet, a little artificial. The açaí base was nice not overly sweet but just okay. I added fresh fruits as toppings but unfortunately some weren't too great. The blueberries were a little mushy and sour. I also got apples in my bowl which I didn't order, so it was a bit of a surprise.
