I confirmed if my hair would revert back, and Kluss (sorry if I am spelling it wrong) said yes. My hair did not revert back upon washing and it looks like a bad perm. Below are the pictures of my scalp and ears that got burnt from the treatment. During the 1 hour wait with the keratin in my hair, it kept dripping down my face and ears, and I wiped it down. Even though I wiped it down, my ears still got burnt. I did not know it was doing damage, since it was my first time getting one. I did inform her a few times when she applied it to my hair that I can feel sensations and a little pain and she said it was normal. I don't think she did it on purpose but as a licensed cosmologist it is your job to listen to your clients concerns. I understand my scalp was sensitive already from the night before due taking my braids down, but I didn't have any injuries on it. During the process of the keratin treatment, I didn't know I got burnt. I just thought my scalp got more sensitive and I would be good in a few days. A burn is a big difference. It can affect my hair growth and I can't wear braids again for a long time until my scalp fully heals. As a cosmologist, if she believed my scalp was too sensitive from taking my braid down the night before, she should have stated "I can't due the keratin treatment today. Come back another time." Instead she took my $200. Once I informed her and sent her pictures, she did not want to refund my money back. Now I will have to cut my hair once my scalp heals from the burns and restart. I am glad my bank was able to get me my money back.

I have 4b hair that wasn't preset angles or washed, but from prior experience, I knew it would take 20 min max to wash and detangle. It took a full 30 minutes for my stylist to attempt to detangle my hair, and then she gave up and just stuck me under the wash bowl. After washing my hair, she left me to air dry without combing it out- a huge no no for natural hair. Then, as she was going to blow dry my hair to prep it for the braids- she was so rough I was afraid I'd have patches and snapped hair all over. The bright side was my $100 braids looked super neat and lasted for nearly a month. So, if you're wanting a moderately priced stylist that isn't vested in hair care feel free to stop by.
