Because it's in a plaza, parking was easy--plenty of spaces available when I went. Pricing: The cost was reasonable, around average for the area. I felt it matched the quality of work. Promptness: Some reviews mentioned long wait times, and I did notice one customer waiting a while. It seems the salon operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Fortunately, I was seen right away and finished within about 5 1/2 hours--pretty quick compared to my past experiences. Friendliness: I'd read a few negative comments about customer service, but my experience was the opposite. Everyone was pleasant, accommodating, and informative. Brida, in particular, was very friendly and made sure my requests were clearly communicated to the second stylist working on my braids. Cleanliness: This was the one area that fell short for me. The chairs weren't wiped down between clients, no capes were provided, the bathroom needed attention, and the shop overall could've been tidier. Still, I've seen worse. One daughter got only a hair cut which you can see is uneven, when it's dry it looks utterly ridiculous. Next daughter showed a picture of what she wanted and she rushed her through the foiling process telling us she had another client at the same time awesome. After sitting with wet hair for 20 minutes while she did the other girl she resumed. She asked for a V cut and as you can tell by the picture, that is not what she received. Her layers in the front were also uneven. Her color was brassy it looks horrific! When I called on Monday asking if she could fix her, she said she was busy and couldn't do anything other then toss on a toner and send her home with uneven wet hair. This after I came in early to help her out. The owner didn't care anymore then Sarah did and said she rents the space and how she treats people is up to her. Happily we were lucky enough to find a new place to fix her up with a wonderful stylist that spent emense time putting her back together for the first day of school. I did get a refund for one of my daughters hair minus the other ones who I didn't complain about since it was in a French braid and I couldn't tell. Minus tip as well.
