Stay away from PAINTED PERFECT LLC…read more Hired to repaint kitchen cabinets off the THUMBTACK website and it has been a disaster. -Late every day -Paint job is awful(pictures posted) yet they say "It's perfect and mint" You be the judge -One drawer installed upside down -One handle is now loose and wobbly -Painters tape ripped my paint apart all along the wall -Door alignment is all messed up now, terrible gaps -Highly unprofessional throughout, arguing in my home because they left the hardware 1 hour away at their shop on the day of install and were arguing whose fault it was Worst of all. Messed up a cabinet door from laying it down wet on a trash bag when installing and doing touch ups. Tried to fix it in home but it was still wet paint. Told me they would come back to fix it no issues and to let them know if it looked bad, not a problem since they are in the area a lot anyway. Cashed my check and then told me tough luck and they aren't coming back when i reached out 5 days later as they are not responsible for it once they leave the job. And "why did i not say anything when they were there". Which my response was that i took their word and thought they were trust worthy when they said they would come back no issues if the door didn't look right when dry. Also insinuated i caused the damage to the door and the door looked "mint" when they left. Any painter in the world knows you can't judge wet paint, it has to be dry to see how it looks. Also threatened to send me a $150 bill that they "Didn't charge me for" because when they did the cabinets i had them install fresh hardware because it was being removed and reattached anyway for the quoted install and was part of the install. Crazy to put on the old hinges they were installing anyway when i can put on new. But used that as a threat. Also proceeded to say things like "make your move" when discussing this and was not only antagonistic but actually scary to deal with. Deleted their Thumbtack account after our exchange as i assume they knew a bad review was coming. What company deletes their own account like that unless something shady is going on? And even if the door looked fine, which it doesn't. That doesn't explain any of the other horrible issues throughout their job overall which they also won't own up for. The pictures speak for themselves and they were stupid enough to do all of this via text which i will be saving and using when i take them to court and file complaints all over. Crooks, stay far away. Please don't lose your money like i did.

I'm so so happy with the work they did. My cabinets were in fair condition before with some cracked, chipped, and split wood. Christina and Mike repaired all of those blemishes, and the cabinets look so much better. Christina's communication is great too. I found them both to be very nice and great to work with. Christina gave me updates on their progress each day and let me know when they'd be coming the next day. It all worked out so well. I would definitely recommend Painted Perfect, and in fact I already have to two friends.

The painters only put in half days, if they showed up at all. Sources daily labor off Craigslist. The owner, Bob, lied frequently. He didn't seem malicious, but was irresponsible. Yelled at his guys constantly. Paint drips everywhere. Sloppy work. The windows got painted shut. When they were opened the paint got messed up. To "fix" them, Bob painted them shut again. Gave me attitude and said I was "too young to know how this works". Tried to upsell me on other tasks daily, even while he was behind schedule. Tried to do work for "free" even where I didn't want him painting. Overall a nightmare to deal with. Would not recommend. Save yourself some stress and use someone else.

I had no idea real recommendations about a painter so I did a Yelp search and found this company. Though at the time there were no reviews I thought everyone had to start some where. I reached out to the owner Nick via email and we set up for him to look at the job. I ended up being out of town when he came to do my estimate so a local firefighter friend met with him for me and he found he had done work for some local people he knew and he inquired and they also recommended him. Since it was already late in the year (2019) we arranged for the work to do be done in late April 2020 once the snow was gone and weather warmed up. Then disaster hit, unfortunately a pandemic struck and no one was allowed to travel, work, etc. As things were lighting up towards the end of the year we came up with a time that it would be done. Now we had to deal with New England weather changing to fast so we postponed it once again to the beginning of April 2021. We were all set to do it April 17th and once again New England/New Hampshire weather was not cooperating (go figure) as we got a snow storm, two weeks after Easter (what gives). Nick finally was able to get a break in the weather for April 24th to get the job done. Though the circumstances of the job being postponed time after time by no fault of Nick's or mine he still honored the original estimate. The job looks great and was very reasonably priced. I would use again and actually may have a project down the road for him.
