If they knew to charge extra for the sake of the item being delicate, there's no reason for my skirt to be returned to me so carelessly with holes from huge safety pins being stuck into it. The manager was not helpful at all when brought to their attention the damage caused by them. I would not recommend anyone bringing anything to be cleaned or serviced by these dry cleaners.

What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
