First of all, they are at least twice the price of any other tailor around. The wife will tell you the tailor is the main tailor at a designer store in the local mall. I don't doubt that, his work is good however I found a tailor for 1/3 the price just as good. Additionally, they are not open weekends and they often close earlier than they advertise during the week. I had to go 3 times. The most off-putting besides the prices and accessibility is when you pay, before the work is done, you card is swiped and they want to know how much you are tipping !!!! read more

The tailors there are super nice and got the job finished quickly and efficiently. Price was totally fair, I had a gown that needed to be shortened and the slit moved up about 6 inches. I won't go into too much detail, but this is the rudest business I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a while. They told me one price and then wanted to charge me another at pick up claiming the wrong price was communicated to me in the first place (not my fault). Then, they told me one of my items was destroyed in the alteration, claiming the cheap material "broke their machine, causing $2,000 in repairs." They told me they don't work with that material (vegan leather), but then why accept it in the first place? I dropped off the item 2 months ago and they never bothered to call me or get in touch. I had to call them several times to get an "appointment" to pick up. When I got there, they told me they didn't have my item and they made me feel like it was my fault for bringing them something that broke their machine. They discounted the cost of the item from my bill, but their whole attitude was nasty. They made me feel like I brought them something cheap and that it was inexpensive to replace, so I should be OK. Completely uncalled for and rude. When I contested the cost of the bill, they made me feel like I had no proof -"you don't have anything " - yeah cause you guys didn't give me slip or receipt for a reason. These guys are the best tailors in South Florida. I am very particular about the fit of my clothing, especially suits and formal wear, and they always exceed my expectations. When I lost 35 pounds they were able to skillfully tailor a lot of my clothes so that they would still be wearable and look great. This is probably the worst experience I've had with tailor company. I submit my blazer and pants to get tailored a week before I need it which is enough time they told me. I even asked them if I can't come on Friday can I come the next day and they said yes. I get there on Saturday and they had a sign that said "WE ARE CLOSED TILL MONDAY! Sorry For The Inconvenience!" I NEED THE SUIT THAT DAY!!!!!!! I called there emergency number on the receipt and one of the owners told me, HE'S IN KEY WEST FOR THE WEEKEND!!!!! I WAS SHOCKED! He never apologized for the inconvenience and provided no solution. The price was good but service is terrible! There are other nearby tailors with great ratings that you can count on, NOT THESE GUYS if you need someone clutch! read more

Went here for two items to be tailored and was extremely pleased with the work! The place is very clean, they have a very large changing room for you to try on your clothing, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. For the two items, it was about $75, which is a little pricey, but again, I was very pleased with the work done so I don't mind paying a little more.
