I told them I would pay that evening around 9 o'clock after I get my kids to bed I see that I have several missed calls and threatening text messages from the technician saying if I don't pay he's going to go remove my door knob. I did attempt to pay and USAA sent a text thinking it was fraud. I responded to the texting saying it was not fraud. USAA confirmed there's nothing more for me to do. If my house is broken into or the door knobs go missing I will 100% be going after this company. avoid them at all cost. They were unprofessional and mentally unstable.
