I hate going to dentist and being lectured about not brushing/flossing enough. Not saying they didn't suggest that, but from the beginning I felt like they were there to help support my needs. The thing that stands out to me from every dentist is their organization. The first dentist office that I've been to that they use radios to communicate, but it is very efficient. They have a picture of you on file so when you walk in for your appointment they basically call you by name. Most doctor/dentist send a reminder a couple days before the appointment, which they do too. But they also send you another reminder an hour before the appointment, which for someone like me is very helpful.

He is very nice at teaching about the importance of dental care and had some good tips for me, such as wearing a night guard and using a prescription strength toothpaste. I was able to pick that up on the way out in their pharmacy, which makes things easy!
