The quality of service was good but I wouldn't say great. It was rather disappointing that some areas were missed or omitted, and I had to reach out to request they reinsert the down spouting into the gutter. It's understandable that it was displaced during the gutter cleaning & power washing, however I don't feel that this was something I would've had to request be done. Additionally, I requested an outdoor storage shed be powerwashed & only the sides were done. I was later advised that the roof would be an additional charge. There seemed to be little regards to customer satisfaction in my experience. I would recommend ensuring such before considering a job "completed".

I took the hose as he was leaving and rinsed off the area. In my opinion, it's was over priced. Reason: The quote over the phone was $250, when he arrived, he talked me out of doing half of the job because he didn't think it would be a noticeable difference... he spent 1 hour and still charged me the $250 from the original quote . I asked for an invoice, so that I can at least have a record, see what exactly did I pay for and shop around next time. The other reason: The invoice was sketchy... I have no clue how he makes up his prices because it was very vague and the description did not match the work.
