My fiancé and I planned a secret elopement at Kualoa ranch, my close friend was supposed to give me a ride from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch, unfortunately she was visiting family in another state and her flight was delayed and cancelled multiple times, she would arrive the day after my wedding. Now needing to get a ride last minute, I had to figure out a way. A Lyft or Uber would probably not accept due to the ride being long. Once again, I had emailed and notified that we couldn't make it in due to car trouble. Then from June 19th, I was awaiting response from your rep. I didn't get a response until I had made that initial call the day BEFORE the wedding. Again, did not mention anything about point A to point B. People like us? Wow!!! XS Limousine are amazing! I have never been to Hawaii before and I needed to book my entire wedding for February 14th over the internet from NZ. After getting a couple of quotes for transporting wedding guests to the location, it was evident that Alex had given us an incredible price compared to other companies... so incredible that I had to double check with him that he had quoted correctly, especially given that it was for Valentines Day and for 14guests (we booked the luxury Mercedes Sprinter Van which was perfect for taking extra luggage like picnic blankets and drinks/snacks). Alex said that yes the price was definitely correct as they don't believe in charging people more for the same service, just because its a wedding or because it was Valentines Day and he went on to say 'why should people pay more of their hard earned money for the same thing?'... I was shocked. How often do you come across a businessman with this kind of generosity/kindness/integrity? Then Hawaii had a big storm the day before, and day of, our wedding. The entire wedding had to be changed to the next day! Not a problem for XS Limousine. We also had to change the reception venue too as the restaurant I'd originally booked wasn't available the next day for my wedding reception (especially since I'd booked it 3months earlier). So we found a place closer to the ceremony meaning that we would need the driver to now stay at the location longer (2.5hours). Again - not a problem for XS Limousine. We were happy to give a generous tip to our wonderful and patient driver, Vinnie, because Alex said it would cost us no extra for moving the date, or for bringing us back later. I was referred this company by my wedding photographer that i used in Hawaii, and i also based my decision on the reviews i read on Yelp... other companies didn't have the kind of reviews these guys did :-) And now i know why! We used XS Limousine for our wedding in December and they're fantastic. Not only were they reasonably priced (Kamaaina Discount), but their service was professional and their cars were immaculate. Alex is a top notch service guy who was very patient, calm, and friendly. He was also very accommodating in my wife's pickup time prior to the ceremony. We rented the Mercedes S550 as the prime vehicle with a Yukon Denali for the wedding party. We really didn't get a chance to check out the Denali because we were still taking photos, but it looked very high end from afar. Our wedding party loved it. The S550 was practically brand new, or at least they kept it that way. The ride was comfortable and Alex made sure we took a route that avoided much of the traffic into Waikiki. En route, we made small talk with Alex. It was a great way to unwind from the ceremony and transition to the reception. Great customer service, outstanding vehicles, and attractive pricing. Being from Vegas and being used to dealing with great drivers I wasn't really expecting what I got from a limo company in Hawaii. XS Limousine is top notch all the way!! I was on an emergency trip for a client in Hawaii and was worried I was gonna have to take time to explain what I had to do and where I had to be at certain times. Alex, the driver and I think he's also owner/operator asked for my itinerary and that was it. I transferred my info to his phone and for 5 days of meeting and dinners I didn't have to worry about one thing. Alex confirmed my appointments and also gave me 30 min call outs prior to me needing to be downstairs fro my pic up. I only see this type of service from companies in Dubai. I can't say enough how easy he made my trip and the knowledge this guy has about the the island. But I always choose the ones that communicate with me, and I can be high maintenance because I ask a lot of questions. I used XS for 2 trips. I shopped around and researched about 8 different companies. I compared not just price for the service, but available vehicle and they way they addressed my questions - level of service. After all I would have to entrust them with my son and his date for prom. I was trying to book a limo 3 days before so needless to say I was stressed. But Vinny was helpful and prompt with responses. When I called he was professional and I felt confident I selected the right company. My son said the Chrysler 300 was really nice and his date was surprised. He said he had the nicest limo at hotel. I just came back home from a trip to Hawaii for my brothers wedding. We were recommended XS limousine by a good friend and used them for arrival, to and from the wedding, island tour for the wedding party and again for family, and back to the airport. We got to ride their Mercedes Sprinter van and it was very nice - it was very roomy and luxurious. It was perfect for the large groups. The bride and groom used their Mercedes S550 to the wedding and they were very satisfied. They were always punctual - they were always waiting for us early and we never once needed to wait for them. They are very professional and very attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable. We are very pleased with their service. I would give this company no stars if I could. We made a reservation and even called to reconfirm and no one showed up to pick us up from our wedding. They refused to take blame or even apologize. Their attitude was outrageous. We were left at the venue with no ride. We called multiple times to the designated driver and he laughed at us and did not care. He also said that he worked directly for the company but he did not have a limo. We were told to pay the driver at the end of the night. We were not given any receipt. I called back to make sure it was that simple and they said we would be taken care of. Also! Our wedding party left reviews and the company had them taken off of yelp and accused me of creating multiple accounts. I'm sorry but I don't have that much time on my hands. Do not use this company. As a wedding planner I am very particular about the vendors I choose. XS contacted me when they first opened. I like to get to know new companies so I gave them a shot. Booking transportation can be scary. Will they show up? Will the vehicle be clean and presentable? Will the air conditioning work? Will the driver understand good customer service? Are they accessible when I call to book, confirm and reconfirm? All of these things will have a huge impact on MY reputation so I don't take chances. Not only have they have proven to be one of the most reliable vendors I have, but they also go above and beyond when needed. If they don't have the vehicle I need they set me up with someone who can accommodate. If the passengers are too drunk after an event (very challenging!) they handle it with the utmost patience. Although most of my guests are great - occasionally we have a group where the guests are not very nice. Still, they are always treated with the utmost respect. I have an unspoken policy to never reviews companies so I can remain neutral. However - I am shocked to see these negative reviews for XS. They are simply not true. As a newly wed I know the struggle and the stress that comes from getting everything perfect on your wedding day. Two things that will always be in the back of your mind is if your dress suddenly doesn't fit and your limo doesn't show up. This weekend we had a wedding at Loulu Palms beach and my friend Cierra was getting married, her dress looked lovely, as for the limo... NO SHOW. When you are renting a facility, you have a timeline for EVERYTHING that you do, so finding another limo or even going back to your house and getting your own car can backtrack A LOT and it's just another added stress that does not need to be there. A company that doesn't show up and take responsibility for it its just not a company worth your time. If you are reading this, DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU TOO. As for the company, please don't attempt to respond with the pathetic answer that we don't have a receipt and you want a copy of it. LOTS of limo companies DO do their business over the phone, most of them are owned and driven by only 2 or 3 people and it's easier that way. When I had my wedding (as you can see on my reviews for the limo company that we picked) we booked AND did a down payment over the phone and payed the rest in cash the day of. No receipt only a confirmation over the phone and they showed and were great. I filled out an inquiry online late one night for a limo quote for a surprise for my 10th anniversary in Hawaii. I received a call the next day from a friendly guy named Vinny. He quoted me a reduced price if I paid cash which I thought was fair compared to what we were quoted by competitors. We were staying at Ko Olina but headed to Honolulu for dinner at Michels in the Colony Surf Hotel. Vinny texted me the day of our trip with updates and told us our driver Bobby would be in contact before his arrival. Bobby texted me about 15 minutes early to let me know where he was and texted me again when he reached the entrance. Bobby was very friendly and curteous. He arrived on time at Ko Olina, drove us around a bit as we were early for dinner and even brought us ice for our champagne. The limo was clean, probably too big for the two of us but we had a blast and it was a nice surprise for my wife. Last year I had used Xs limousine for my wedding and I had no problems whatsoever!! They were very accommodating and attentive to my request. They were also very punctual . I had made several changes on the day of my wedding as some of my guest was delayed arriving from the mainland. Not only that they're willing to go out of their way to do my pick ups and drop offs, they even made special arrangements for a pick up with that was not scheduled. Arranged with Alex for Vinny, one of their top-notch drivers, to drive my wife and child daily while away on business. Vinny did an excellent job of getting both of them around safely and very comfortably. The car was so comfortable that my wife said she may never get her US driver's license now and wants to ride luxuriously instead. Vinny was fantastic! I just got a town car to drive myself and my mom to the ceremony site, then myself and my new husband to the reception. Every step of the way Vinny was extremely responsive and professional. Extremely nice and personable. He was on time (early even) and was so patient with any hiccups that are bound to happen on a wedding day. We were celebrating my birthday as well as an anniversary and let me say XS and our driver Vinny helped to make both occasions memorable!
