This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. When I booked over the phone, I was clear that we wanted a limousine, and the representative confirmed that with me. However, when the vehicle arrived, it was an Amazon-style van--completely different from what we expected. I was told afterward that a limo wasn't guaranteed and was referred to the "fine print" in the confirmation email. But the booking process never made this ambiguity clear, and I wasn't given a choice of vehicle on the web form as was told to me. The representative even had me enter the amount to reserve a limo, which makes this feel like a classic bait and switch. To make matters worse, we weren't even dropped off at the hotel entrance. My 84-year-old father-in-law had to carry his bags up a flight of stairs because the driver claimed it wasn't possible to pull up to the front. Yet once we got to the top, we saw several similar-sized vans dropping passengers off right at the entrance. This experience was not only disappointing--it was embarrassing and avoidable. read more

So glad we booked with Too Limo for our airport transfer to and from the Aulani. Setting it up was so easy and so was meeting up upon arrival. We opted to have them deliver lei's upon arrival and it was a highlight for my kids. The limo was clean and the driver was right on time. Inquired about Top Limo through email just to get some information as far as pricing and pickup from my particular area and May replied to the emails very promptly with the info and so I had all the info I needed to then Book online which was easy. Transportation was confirmed the next day. On day of pickup, our driver actually came 15 minutes early which was great as we were ready to go. We used the Escalade which was very nice. It was clean and didn't smell like smoke like some other car services I've used in the past. Lots of room for our luggage and comfortable seats for all of us. Our driver was friendly and was nice just talking story with us. I also liked how he was dressed appropriately with the blazer. Upon returning to Oahu, Scott called me to confirm our flight time and it was perfect as I was just thinking about calling them to say that our inter-Island flight had just been delayed 15 minutes. When we landed, our driver texted and called me that she was at the designated pickup spot which was easy to find and only a short walk from baggage claim. We used Top Limousine for transport from HNL to Turtle Bay (about a 1 hour ride) on 2/17/25 and then for the return trip to HNL on 2/22/25. Both transfers were completely seamless. For the first leg, the driver was waiting for us at the airport as soon as we exited the airplane. He contacted me via text and we made a plan to meet at baggage claim. The driver then helped us with our luggage. He was armed with bottled water for our kids and a bottle of prosecco for my wife and I. The ride was smooth and every bit as luxurious as it was intended to be. The car was clean and appropriately air conditioned. For the return leg, we had to leave our hotel around 5:30am. The driver was present right at 5:20am to pick us up. He helped us load (and later unload) our baggage and drove us to the airport in plenty of time to make our early flight. Also, the rates are pretty comparable to what it would cost to hire any size vehicle for the trip to Turtle Bay. Also, May was very easy to work with.
