i hesitate to write this because my fear is that this place and Dr Senger will become so popular that I can't get an appointment. or that he raises his rates. XS medspa is the real deal. Dr Senger is one on one with patients, his eye for detail and talent for application are flawless, and yet his prices are that of the clinics where you don't even see a Dr., and the results are not as good. I first went to Dr Senger for Botox - of which (Imo) he is the best, but now, because he is a comprehensive wellness Dr, I go to him for diagnostic blood work, IV vitamins and hormone therapy. I purchased a Groupon for 100 units of Dysport. During my appointment, I clearly told the doctor I wanted 50 units injected into my jawline to address jowls, and that I wished to save the remaining 50 units for a future visit. He agreed. After leaving me in the room for a while, he came back and completed the injections. When I checked out, I confirmed that I had only received treatment for one area, not two. A little over a month later, I called to schedule my next appointment to use the remaining 50 units. The receptionist pulled up my account and told me all 100 units had already been used. I explained there had to be a mistake, and she said she would check with the doctor. She later informed me that he claimed to have used the full 100 units at that first visit. I was shocked. I asked for documentation showing where and how many units were injected, and was told they do not record that information. I have never encountered a provider who doesn't keep detailed records for this type of service. It was very troubling to learn that the doctor did not follow what we agreed upon. I honestly do not believe he used all 100 units, but even if he did, it was unethical because I explicitly requested only 50 and specified the area of treatment. If he chose to make changes, he did not inform me or obtain my consent. Based on my experience, I believe this doctor is unethical. I strongly recommend choosing a reputable provider who honors both their Groupon offers and the agreements made during consultation. read more

Beware I visited this office using a Groupon For $141 For 50 units. I arrived at the office greeted by a very pleasant woman. The office is very nice. The Dr came in was not pleasant. He recommended I get 150 units for my forehead and eyes of Dysport. My friend who is a very highly regarded plastic surgeon had only used 50 units in the past with great success . Whe. I politely asked the Dr what the ratio of dilution was he told me it didn't matter. I told him this was a question to ask from my plastic surgeon friend. He told me my friend who is a 30 year well renowned surgeon in the northeast had no idea what he is talking about and I need to get the "F" out of his office. I was floored I can't imagine this person Dr Senger can practice medicine. The funny thing was that the polite woman at the front who heard the whole thing wished me a happy holiday and a nice day on the way out. Scam!!! Dishonest on medical records. I track my medication. Dr. Christopher was falsely recording my medication, saying I got more than what I was getting. So he could charge me for more. This happen twice, I saw him physically write it down and hand it to the front desk lady. I called him out on it and he didn't say anything before changing it. After calling him out, and asking for my medical records the office won't return my calls/emails to give me my records! He doesn't care at all about his patients it's 1000% about money and how he can scam ppl to get more and more from them. Complete negligence. Watch out! I'm always really nervous for filler, which I imagine is extremely annoying, but the Dr. was so patient and even numbed my cheeks for longer than necessary to lessen my nerves. I see that I am by FAR not alone here...many other 1-star reviews about his attitude with Groupons, and either aggressive upselling or ineffective treatment if you don't want to "upgrade". I told Dr. Senger I did not need frown line treatment - I have no problem there. But he told me of serious problems if I didn't take a 3rd (expensive) dose - and I looked like a Spock-like freak for 3 months! He had even said that with just the Groupon, he doesn't make any money...so I should have been suspicious! I filled out his online chat contact form 3 times a few days later, and tried calling, got no calls back...and since I don't live in Ft. Lauderdale I could not just stop by. I now stopped by, 10 months later, and the WONDERFUL receptionist was just looking me up, when he appeared, and asked what the problem was. When I began speaking, he arrogantly stared down at his phone, and I said "could you please look at me when I am talking to you?" and he said he had a call (not true) and that I had never tried to contact him - that he didn't have a way to contact the office on his site (not true...it is a chat box - that is ignored if it is a complaint) I therefore tried to charge back with the credit card, which he DID respond to, as he had a signed charge receipt, and knew he could "win"...since the effect of his overdosage only showed up 3 days later, the charge had already been processed, and I was already out of the country. I told him I had trusted him - but he was only interested in making money (as many others say here!) He told me that I was trespassing and to leave immediately, without even discussing the issue (he obviously has experience with other dissatisfied clients). I said I was waiting for the receptionist to look up my file. He said "she is my employee and she will not do that." Then he came within one inch of my face and kept threatening me. He is a big guy and thinks he can threaten simply with his presence. I continued standing there, and finally left knowing that an honest review is the best way to help others avoid people like this. The nurse held the door open, having obviously heard disputes like this before, and I walked out, followed aggressively by him... I only hope the receptionist takes my advice and finds other employment - she was so nice. Please avoid this place at all costs. read more

I found LIV renew a few months back and decided to stop in. I was immediately taken aback the minute I stepped inside by the beautiful decor. The lobby gave off a very clean vibe, decorated with mainly white, trendy furnishings. LIV renew will definitely put ever other high end medi spas in the Ft Lauderdale area to shame! Unfriendly receptionist who handed me iPad to register but no I'm not going to give u 5 stars before being seen. Dr was unfriendly with a bad attitude and very unprofessional. I had cheek fillers and mentioned that one was larger and he basically ignored me. He also gave me too much which left my eyes looking hollow. I had to ask THEM about a follow-up and was given an attitude again and knew I would NEVER set foot in there again. I was bruised for a month covering both cheek areas and crows feet which I have pictures of. The Dr was rude. I had a Groupon for 40 units of Botox . I was pressured into buying 20 more units. I've been to many places in the south Florida area that offer Groupons . Never have I had to buy extra units of botox to get the results I want. The bumps in my head that Dr Senger said would go away in 15 minutes lasted more than 24 hours. That's what happens when he gives you "60" units of botox in three minutes. I won't go back there or recommend it to anyone read more

Disappointed. I went there a year ago and it was my first experience with botox. I did 40 units in forehead area. My first visit everything was ok, doctor was nice, Crystal answered to all my questions and I was satisfied with final result. What I didn't like that doctor (in my both visits) never opened bottle with botox near me, he left the room and back with syringe filled up of...what was there I don't know, maybe it wasn't botox, maybe was expired botox... could be anything, honestly Anyway, I went back to XS MedSpa again in the beginning of May this year. The price for botox was more 150$ than in my previous visit. Fine, my expectations were to get at least the same result as in my previous visit, if I am paying almost 500$ for botox , so I want to have final result affecting on me for 3-4 months, (as promised), but 3 weeks after I could raise my eyebrows and move glabella, also my left eye where I got injections for "crow's feet " wasn't the same as right eye . I messaged Crystal, but my messages were ignored, only after I called to office they agreed to look on video I made to show them where's the problem. Crystal told me she will show video to Dr Christopher. She wrote me back that "doctor said he did good job and this is how it should be". No, it shouldn't!! But ok... even after this I decided to give it another chance , waited for 3 months and contacted them for new appointment, wrote message and asked what's the price for the same procedures and....I was ignored again.
