He answered any questions I had and gave me some great tips. I will be going back in 4 weeks to get my second one. Run from Ana! I got Botox done on my forehead and one of my brows was perfectly frozen as intended and the other was not. It seems like there were not even units injected into both sides. I tried to book at exactly 2 weeks post appointment and they didn't have anything available that worked with my schedule and the injectors. I went back for a correction, they were very unprofessional, demanding I pay more to correct it as it was now "outside the correction window". Yet they took pictures to document how uneven it was. I have been injecting the same amount of dysport into my forehead and glabella and never had this issue with any other injector at any other med spa. read more

Never go to this place for a dexa scan, for fat and bone composition. I'm a former fighter & personal trainer 20 years. The manager, Arnold Avendano did my Dexa. The scan took about 2 min, one pass ( was supposed to take 5-10) Arnold knows nothing about the scan or diet! The scan results? 51.6 lbs of fat - I am 195.7lbs..My level is obese. He told me not to do intermit-tern fasting more than 12 hours, it will make me fatter. Then left the room to go do another procedure in another room. I had a very bad experience here. I purchased 40 units of Botox through Groupon and during my first visit I also paid for an additional 9 units because I wanted a brow lift effect. Instead, my brow/eye area dropped noticeably and it completely changed how my face looks in a negative way. I returned twice to try to correct it, but after more than a week there has been no improvement. I also spent over 4 hours total driving back and forth for these visits. I uploaded clear before-and-after photos showing the difference. At this point I do not want any more injections from this provider. I do not recommend this facility. I've been doing Botox for over 15 years and I do the same amount of units (20 units) if I do more which I have done once in the past (35 units ) it forms a line on my nose because it's too much on my face. The technician insisted I needed 40 units which I respectfully declined. Here I am 2 weeks later and she purposely did not put the Botox on my brow line so I will have to come back and pay more. They will not do a touch up unless I pay for it. I've been coming here since 2022, they obviously don't care. I've lost all trust in this location. It's unfortunate. Disappointing Experience, Poor Results - Fort lauderdale location The only positive things I can say about this location are that the front desk staff were very friendly and the facility was clean. Unfortunately, everything else about our visit was disappointing. My sister and I scheduled back-to-back appointments with Ana--it was our first time seeing her, as my usual injector in West Palm Beach has been unavailable. When we arrived, we could hear Ana expressing frustration to the front desk about having us booked back-to-back. This was within earshot and came off as highly unprofessional and rude. It immediately made us uncomfortable before we had even stepped into the treatment room. During the consultation, Ana's communication style felt dismissive and arrogant. THE ARROGANCE WAS THICK ! she spent 30 mins telling us the over 20 years of experience she has and who she use to work with. Her delivery of recommendations on how and where to inject didn't feel collaborative or respectful--it felt more like she was lecturing us. We weren't there for a debate; we just wanted our usual Dysport injections and to be on our way. We each received 100 units based on her recommended areas -- amount we've had before with noticeable results. It's now been 21 days, and neither of us has seen any improvement at all. This has never happened in the years we've been getting this treatment elsewhere. Between the lack of professionalism and the complete lack of results, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Love the doctors, the professionals and the service. I started with Liquivida back in October of last year(2023).I started with IV hydration and felt great I have also tried some of their other services which again are amazing. I t was suggested that I have some extensive blood work which I will add was very thorough and beyond the basic CBC. So here is where I have a little bit of a concern or let's say not a great experience. 2 issues: 1. I was told the blood work would be covered under my insurance a few months later I received a huge bill of over $1,200 when I called the center I was told there was nothing they could do. I could have self paid for a lot less. 2. When they do review your blood work in my opinion they only cover the areas of deficiencies that they can promote a product or a medication for. While that is not all bad it is a business I would think they would have at least covered some of the basics like high lipids or any other out of range area. Very important to note that while I pointed out something I was disappointed with, Liquivida is a great place for service and again the people are amazing and professional. I am and will remain a client but I will definitely not be doing any blood work there unless I can get the better self pay rate! Highly recommend just ask questions! read more

I scheduled an appointment for Botox and told the receptionist exactly what I needed and told her that I had a Groupon. She even told me (after I asked) that if I didn't use the Groupon that she would honor the "green" price of the Groupon. When I sat in the chair for the procedure, I was then told it would be an additional $80. I was never informed of this. When I protested this information, I was told nothing could be done. They used a promotion to lure me into booking then when I got there gave me such a hard time with getting the service as promised. It took me 45 minutes and making several calls to the manager to finally get it sorted out . While standing there in the lobby! At the end I didn't get all the services I wanted and left dissatisfied and a hour and half of time wasted. After sharing my experience on Google . Someone from that location had one of their friends to go onto my business profile and leave a false negative review as an attempt to make my business look bad as revenge. I am so lucky that I found this place on yelp. I recently started a new diet and exercise regimen, due to a major health scare that I had. I woke up very sick a few days ago, and haven't been able to get better. After doing some research I decided to get an IV drip to replenish my fluids, since I felt nothing was being absorbed into my body. I called the number listed on Yelp, and spoke with Sam. He was super knowledgeable on all The Drips, and explained to me that other places may be less expensive, but the quality they provide is the most important. I scheduled an appointment to go in that morning. When I arrived the amazing RN, Lisa took care of me. She went over all options and introduced me to Chad the PA. I was blown away by their team work and knowledge of the products. Chad also let me know that he could do blood work on me and give a personal consultation regarding the results. I decided to do the blood work immediately and the RN made it so easy! They took blood and then set me up with a drip in their private room. I love how luxurious it is, with a massage chair and blankets. They continued to check on me during the drip, and Lisa made sure everything went super smooth. I explained I have been receiving Botox for 18 years. She kept going on and on. . again, not looking at me but insisting I needed AT Lease double what I have been recieving , and is adequate and what I am happy with. Annoyed , and telling me why I needed more than is recommeded by MDs, she injected. Im summary, I walked in, and precisely 17 mins from the time I walked through the door I was back in the car. It took 10 mins to fill out the paperwork. And maybe 3 minutes to check out and walk to my car. This means ( excluding walking in and out of the BOBOT room ( Botox Robot) I was in that chair for exactly THREE - FOUR MINS MAXXXXX!!!!! I realized on the way out. She did not wash her hands in front of me NOR did she wear gloves. Now for the obvious part! My Forehead looks weird. She did not distribute appropriately. Bought a groupon for Dysport since I needed to find a spot in ft Lauderdale vs traveling to boca (which h love my place but far for just a quick visit) and had a pleasant visit ! Chad was super knowledgeable and didn't just place me in the chair and start with the syringe. They have a great demo screen explaining the targeted muscles we were going to work on and how dysport effects with each placement. It was good to see a virtual layout of what's behind our faces for muscle groups. Chad was friendly and didn't try to sell me on other services which is a plus because I can't stand when places want to do that. He did a review of my face and did mention some areas to just watch because of age and loss of collagen/fatty tissue but nothing drastic to make me look like a crazy person that I see some people here in south Florida. I don't typically write reviews but feel the need to let everyone know of the negative experience I encountered. I received 40 units of Botox and during this visit before pictures where taken. I waiting the traditional 2 week period ( to give them the benefit of doubt- I have always noticed good results within 3-5 days from other facilities) before realizing that I may have not actually been given Botox. When I went in for a follow up to show them my results ( verified my side my side photos of my "before" pictures they refused to correct their work. I went in for a vitamin IV. The first time I went in was amazing. Then I went back 3 weeks later got another. Well!! Right after they took out the IV I started bleeding bad. That evening my arm was throbbing, bruised and had a golf ball size lump where the IV was. I called liquivida on Monday they said to ice it. I did with no results. I went to my primary dr because if the pain and she said that the IV was never in my vein that is why I swelled up and bruised so bad. I have called to report this making it now 2 times that I have called liquivida and they said they would let the manager know and I would get a call back. It's been almost 2 weeks with no call.
