I brought my Ravin in for new strings. The Tech found issues with the firing mechanism. He immediately sent to Ravin. Ravin replaced over $300 worth of parts for free(warranty) and had my Cbow back in quick time. I got into archery a couple months back at a different range and decided I wanted to pull the trigger and get my own bow. I discovered xspot because they had the specific bow I had been eyeing, so I made the drive out and I do not regret it at all. Jen and Al were amazing on helping me purchase and set it up my bow. The gentleman who taught us how to use the bow and arrows was very helpful and extremely nice. It's very easy and anyone can do it with some practice. Go here first! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I first went to XSpot after I was turned away from multiple shops near me. It's hard to find a shop that caters to beginner recurve archers, but Al and Jen did. I walked in there with a beat up Samick Polaris 3 years ago, and no one laughed at me. Every time I went to XSpot, I was greeted with welcome and most needed help. When I started shooting an ancient compound bow, I got help here. Go see Al and Jen, Al can fix damn near anything, and I really am impressed that I can show up at the shop with broken whatevers and Al can sort me out within minutes. When I was choosing my first compound bow, Al and Jen just knew what I wanted. Jen even let me shoot her bow, and thanks to that time I shot just a few arrows out of her bow, I KNEW I wanted a PSE Phenom. I can only say WOW, and thank you JEN!!!! I fully intended on buying a new bow from XSpot, but I didn't. I purchased a used bow from a member of my archery club, but the story doesn't end there. Al and Jen gladly welcomed me and my secondhand bow into the shop. I was more than happy to pay Al for the setup fee- I was hitting the X within minutes. (If you need help, go get a lesson from Al- he will sort you out).Al told me that the bow I bought will need strings by X date and it will cost Y and need Z lead time, and I can't be thankful enough for all the help. Five stars for being traditional archery friendly, and I'd give 6 stars if I could because they always have excellent bow strings in stock. Five more stars for always being a Facebook message away. Facebook and watching their progress. Five more stars for Jen offering to ship the things I need priority overnight mail because she knows I live too far away to get there more than once a month. The weather didn't cooperate with my December birthday plans, so on a suggestion from my sister, my family ended up here. I've only shot a bow twice before, and loved it both times. This was no exception. While we opted out of the lessons, the staff was still on-hand to give us some pointers, keep an eye on us, and move the targets back as we got more confident. Xspot Archery is my go to place for my bow and arrow needs. I have been into this hobby with my family for a year and have started to probe deeper with what I could do with it thanks to the spot-on recommendations of Alberto and Jennifer. When you walk in there is a 14 lane archery range where ergonomic targets can be moved to the range of your preference with a fairly large and complete store full of different types of bows in the back. The sheer size and selection is impressive because this is their specialty, so it's very hard to be looking for something that is not here, and in that rare occasion, the customer can order it. There are some voices on the internet that recommend buying your bows and arrows online because you "save"; a place like Xspot not only proves such a statement untrue but that nothing could be farther from the truth. From the get go of this hobby I have been trolling the Amazon, eBay, Cabelas as well as the manufacturer's respective websites and more; I have yet to find an item, particularly a brand new item that was any cheaper online than here. Furthermore, with the online experience one is left on their own to install various accessories or even basic things like a nocking point, never mind the more complex process of setting up a compound type bow and tuning it properly. You will never be able to do this on your own without the specialized equipment on 99% of bows worth shooting. Thanks to Alberto and Jen, they will take care of this for free and offer a lifetime warranty on any bow they sell you. My experience here has always been extremely positive. Every time I come I learn a new tip how to shoot better, more effectively, more safely. Both the owners are extremely knowledgeable about all their products, how to use them, what products might work best for a given customer, not to mention anything you could do with the hobby from hunting to other outdoor ranges to leagues, events, permits, you name it. They offer lessons that I encourage any and all of their customers take up from time to time to review form and technique, and oftentimes don't charge you for this or use of lanes if you buy stuff from them while you're there. Even my small children that are now getting old enough to enjoy this sport have learned a lot here and have taken great enthusiasm for this ancient art. Come here and ask about your options, Alberto and Jen will sell you quality products at great prices. I am so happy I came here with my family, this lifelong passion will encourage love for the great outdoors, discipline, physical fitness (hey you muscle bound weightlifters, try pulling back the Rambo bow that's all I can say), self control and lifelong learning. WOW , customer service at it's best. I am new to archery and recently took over the archery range at my local gun club. Yes I like to jump into the fire. Anyhow my wife and I were out and decided to stop in to get some pricing and check things out. It was a Sunday afternoon and 20 minutes before they were closing. I told the wife we will just take a quick look around and head out , as we both know what it is like to want to go home after a long weeks worth of work. I have been dealing with this shop for a good 5 years. It is one of the best shops I have stepped foot in. Not once have I had a problem here. They are knowledgeable friendly and some of the best prices around. There indoor shooting range is top notch and Al and Jen who are the owners will always take care of you like family. They sell PSE, Prime and Elite but can service any bow no problem. If you need bow work done or want to get some down range this is definitely the place to go. read more

Purchased a Groupon for X-Spot, an archery place in North Attleboro. 4 people, one hour session with all gear. Called before I bought it and was told that my 4 year old and 6 year old would be welcome and be given instruction. The terms of the deal on Groupon weren't clear. It said; "Must be 13+ with guardian or adult or 18+ to shoot alone." Well, I didn't want them to shoot alone, they're 4 and 6 for goodness sake! So I thought I was good. However, when I tried to redeem the Groupon, the owner at XSpot (Al) told me he would not allow a 4 year old at all, and a 6 year old would need a lesson, which would be an extra fee! He would not allow me to put the value of the groupon towards a private lesson for the 6 year old, which is against the CARD act and Gropon's terms. Fortunately Groupon gave me a refund, but the owner was very rude on the phone and told me he has 1100 expired Groupons out there, which he makes 50% of the sale price on. I tried to explain to him that I just wanted to put the value of the groupon towards the cost of a private lesson for my six year old, but he was obnoxious. I'd avoid if customer service is of imporance to you. read more
