I finally committed to using Lighthouse Boudoir and I would highly recommend Sontera to anyone! My biggest fear when committing to this was that I would get my pictures back and not like them. After months and months and months of researching and looking at other pictures online on various websites, I felt like my pictures would never live up to what I had seen others look like in front of the camera. Boy was I wrong!!! I was more nervous on reveal day of the proofs than I was in front of the camera, but Sontera delivered the most amazing and beautiful pictures I had ever seen of myself! My favorite part of the shoot was the fact that I was one-on-one with Sontera and there was never a moment of awkwardness. Yes, my sultry face attempts were awkward, but even through that we laughed it off and she managed to capture my expressions at just the right moments. When looking into doing a boudoir shoot, I initially thought I'd be in a studio or place of business but I loved the fact that this shoot was in Sontera's home studio. It gave a sense of comfort to the entire experience.

The employee never apologized for our in store experience or for repeatedly putting me on hold without letting me know. I'm grateful, however, for the wonderful customer service from Soma's corporate office. Although I will not be returning to this store, corporate assured me that they will be providing the necessary training to ensure that another solo mom with kids doesn't have the same experience we did.

When i came back to the dressing room I hear 2 employees complaining about how many items were in there and they were about to put them all back. I had no problem only taking 6 in at a time, however as I placed items back to get more to try on they were gone before I had a chance to say what I wanted and didn't want. The store employee said she didn't know if I wanted them or not so they just put them back. Apparently one of the 2 women was so quick to put only my item back on the racks, is the store manager. I was the only person in the dressing room at this time so it's not like the clothes were in the way. I hung every item back up just as they were to begin with as I always do since I myself work in the service industry. I never got upset and was doing exactly what they asked me to do. I decided that the 2 women must not like their jobs as they were very short and rude to me from the start. You sell bras and clothes here, am I right? She asked me if I found anything that worked for me. I said, honestly ma'am you have made this experience terrible. I was not even given the Time to Decide if I wanted anything or not as they were put away before I could. I have shopped here for years and the customer service has never been great, but today it was unexcusably bad. I will not be back to this location. I was never rude or raised my voice, but your store "manager" was only interested in telling me her excuses for why she was the one putting all my items back on the racks. It's so sad to me that I can't just go shopping for clothes without being made to feel like an inconvenience at best. I gave one star only because I had to. If I could give negative stars that is what your customer service today would deserve.
