This store is starting to markup their products like crazy. I came in to reup on my African Shea Butter which use to be $5 and some change for the 5oz. Today it was nearly $8. And I know for a fact it was a markup because when the cashier rang it up it showed the original price and then she changed it. Additionally, I was in hurry so I didn't realize this before but the container was not sealed and typically these products are sealed with a plastic wrapping. Also, it smells like Crisco. read more

The store has a lot of variety and just moving into the area I've been to this store a few times, it's just the owners (specifically) the guy (so far) who seems to think it's okay to follow and make the customers of your business feel uncomfortable. I limit myself and haven't even been able to really see the store for it's quality mostly due to the people in general or "certain kind of people" that throw him off his balance to think it's okay to be all over people for his own suspicions. read more

Probably the friendliest beauty supply I've ever visited. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The lady behind the counter, after noticing me look around, asked me if I needed help then immediately pointed me down the right aisle. At checkout I was pleased to learn that there was no $5 limit for using my debit card. The clincher was the early 2000s R&B playing. Hearing Brian McKnight and Usher sing about being in love instead of this mess of the radio was a treat. I just want to say the store was great quality & product wise, I loved the array of options they had store was very clean & stocked! However when I was shopping with my significant other I noticed we were being watched by an older gentleman , I brushed it off & thought maybe its bc we are new faces but then he followed us around the store not being discreet at all i should add I wanted to look at everything but he made my partner so uncomfortable he begged me if we could leave. As soon as we paid & left the older gentleman left right behind us as well... Horrible hair store in my opinion. I'm not from the area but it was the closest so I came here. When I entered it was so cluttered that I had to turn to the side to get through. The register is right by the door but I wasn't greeted in anyway. I asked where the human weaving hair was and they told me behind the counter. When I looked it was horrible cheap brands and they doubled the price. The one pack of recognizable good hair I saw (Remi Gold) was priced at $199 for 16". That's crazy. I would accept $120 but not $199. Maybe if you're looking For products or accessories, but it's a no for me for hair. I wouldn't recommend or return. read more

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. I am not a big beauty supply store shopper so I can't say if the prices are reasonable, normal or excessive; I've been ok with all my purchase prices never felt excessive to me. They have a great selection of all hair care products and then a few accessories as well we purchased 2 belts and head scarves on one of our previous visits at very reasonable prices and they are all holding up well. Not the easiest to maneuver as its tight spaces/aisles and there are tons of shelves and items so be extra careful if you have little ones with you or carry a large handbag. But it's my go to place all the time for all my daughters hair care products when she's in her curly hair phase, we haven't visited as often (she's in her pressed hair phase right now, but if you need any hair products or supplies and live in or near Clear Lake, QTT is the place definitely read more

no refund on a $85 airbrush machine that was broken when I used it fir the first time no original packing. I believe they resold it or bough it from wish to sell for higher price. dont get electronics from here. they said they would replace the piece and never did or followed up after I asked for a refund. they could care less just as long as they get their money! I gave them alot of business and they do this? like wow. an $85 airbrush machine. I must have been desperate not to say something about the packaging. be careful shopping here. Now my brand new airbrush looks bootleg. Like come on now. The friendly gentleman employee not only carried out my purchases to the car for me- he also pulled the bottle of water I purchased out of the bag and placed it in my car cup holder for me.
